"Wir waren gestern mit 8 Personen dort essen. Es war ein wunderschönes Ambiente, liebevoll (weihnachtlich) dekoriert und herzliche und überaus freundliche Gastgeber. Die Speisekarte zeigte ein riesiges Angebot aus spanisch-deutscher Küche und für jedermanns Geschmack war etwas dabei. Optisch waren die unterschiedlichen Speisen sehr schön angerichtet und geschmacklich Einen Mini-Punkt würde ich vielleicht abziehen, da alles ein bisschen teuer war und ich würde gerne öfter dort essen gehen…."

"Yesterday a few friends of me and I were together in the inn to the sun to make us kulinarally pampered. For me, it was a new visit, as I had been a guest in the sun several times or as a visitor of a cooking class and I was therefore very pleased to be able to meet my friends, who were never here for dinner, in my home town. We all enjoyed both starter and main meal and three of us also chose a dessert. With all the parties involved, all the courses were so excellent that a friend who usually stands on pizza or fast food immediately noticed that we come back here again. The service is always very positive in the sun. Always friendly, forward-looking and extremely on Zack; on the one hand, one never sits in front of an empty glass, but on the other hand feels neither observed, nor wasted and has always a friendly and competent contact person in case of any wishes or questions. Although I'm not a gourmet guru or praised restaurant critic, I still think the quality of the food can be weighed in proportion to price and believe good conscience to be able to say that even in the larger area around Pappenheim there is no restaurant that offers such high quality at such fair prices. All in all, therefore, it is only for me to wish the young operators of the Hotel-Gasthof to the sun, also with regard to the great reconstruction, a great deal of success. On the one hand, since such young people, who devote themselves so ambitiously and passionately to their vocation, must be more than just a deserved success. "Im Sommer im Biergarten genau an der Altmühl sitzen... Ungezwungen beisammensein, lecker essen, die Kinder im Wasser plantschen lassen. Im Liegestuhl im Sand sitzen und den Enten zuschauen... All das ist hier möglich. Was für ein großer Biergarten und so gemütlich, viel Schatten. Gleich neben dem Volksfestplatz, deswegen gibt's auch genügend Parkplätze. Aufgrund der Größe und der vielen Plätze ist es nicht verwunderlich, wenn die Wartezeiten etwas länger sind, aber das Personal ist um einen reibungslosen Ablauf bemüht. Das Essen war super gut, optisch wie geschmacklich. Klare Empfehlung und jederzeit gerne wieder"

"Zum Glück hattet ihr gestern, 7.9.23, wieder geöffnet. Das Essen war mega toll und die Preise mehr wie angemessen. Mein Mann hatte die Pizza Ozean (Muscheln, Scampi, Calamari), ich die Pizza Grotta (Salami, Schinken, Champignons, Artischocken, Paprika, Ei) unsere Tochter eine Pizza mit Salami, Champignons, Oliven. Alle Pizzen waren Klasse. Der Service schnell und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten noch Knoblauch Öl und Chili Öl dazu. Sooo lecker...wir kommen wieder. Macht weiter so!"
