Pizza Plus Horsham - Carte

The new management has a great customer service. The pizzas quality has been consistent everytime and they cook it to my specification. Would like them to introduce a more spicier version.

We always love the food from Pizza Plus so decided to ask them to cater for our son's birthday party.... the staff were so helpful; everything was ready perfectly on time and the food was delicious! 11 very happy kids! Thank you so much.

The only place to get your pizza from in West Sussex. I have been coming for a while as amazing food and great staff. I have stopped looking for the best pizza place as I have found it. The only improvement I would of said would be they need to do stuffed crust.... but now they do!! Voir le carte

Fancied a kebab for dinner and had never been here. They do deliver but charge for this which is a shame especially on a large order. Anyway... easy to get to and parking out the front if you want to collect. App was really easy to use and prices are not inflated for using it. Food was delicious! Piping hot and we were very impressed. Very tender and yummy. Highly recommend. Chaps servicing me were very friendly too.

If you're a vegetarian or just a pizza lover in general, this place is a must-visit. The combination of delicious pizzas, friendly service, and the willingness to make it just the way you like it makes it a standout pizza shop in town. I can't recommend it enough! One of the things that really sets this pizza shop apart is their attention to detail. They remember me by name, and it makes me feel like a valued customer.

Ordered directly through the restaurant, never had food so hot and so quick in my life. I think my use of Uber and just eat days are over. Food is of a much better quality when contacting restaurants direct and using their own drivers. So happy to finally have decent food delivered for the 1st time in weeks. I’ve had chaos with so many restaurants in Horsham this past month with poor quality and incorrect items. So it was so nice to have such a good meal last night. They delivered our orderwith one of the main dishes missing. Called and they were very lax in their response, asking if we wanted the meal! When we said yes they said it would be delivered asap. 20 mins later, second call, its in the car on it's way. The shop is around 1/4 mile from our home, still sitting here waiting. All the rest is going cold and the chip are soggy. We have now started eating what we have and still no sign. Phone call 4, it's still in a car on a tour of Horsham. Now we have a ruined evening, still waiting, family arguing. Another 15 mins passed and still waiting.

0* awful service. Put an order in at 7.30pm told an hour max for delivery as busy, ok fine not a problem. 1hr 40mins passes, phone the store who says order is out for delivery. 25mins later still no food, another phone call to be told its out for delivery I questioned it had been 25mins since last calling and being told the same thing. Delivery driver was supposedly called and then I was told delivery in 10minutes. 20 minutes later still no delivery and store is not answering my calls. Do not recommend. Make a mistake that's fine, but atleast admit it instead of lying about the order and that is still on the way.

I visited Pizza Plus Horsham for the first time last week, having received a leaflet through the door. Our order was made online and upon arrival at the premises, a gentleman in front of me was being served at the counter, so I waited my turn. Another man then arrived, who appeared to be a regular and he was duly served and departed. All very frendly chat between him and the server. Still I stood there, waiting to be acknowledged whilst the server began replacing the till receipt. As he had some difficulty doing so, another server spent time helping him.
