"Me and my grandparents went into this place knowing how normally good it is but it was the complete opposite. We have recently experienced problems with the app it will appear that the manager doesn’t get it either. We are very regular costumers and found this visit extremely disappointing. We began not being able to take all of our rewards off (we fully understand the terms and conditions involved. After half an hour of going round in circles and being made to feel very uncomfortable we eventually got down near to the price that we were supposed to and expected to pay. But the manager was very disrespectful to us and unprofessional. We left the restaurant paid the bill and left with a very bad taste in our mouths. Not happy somebody needs to look at staff training when the app goes down."

Service ok. We ordered 2 x dough balls plus 3 pizza and 1 melanzane . Pizzas appeared small and melanzane for £15.45 was a tiny portion. Too small for even a starter. Total rip off and definitely won’t be going again which is a shame as it used to be good value.

A lovely restaurant and very good, efficient service from polite staff. Kid-friendliness: Children are given a colouring in sheet and crayons etc to keep them occupied. Had a lovely evening here catching up with a friend. The staff were very friendly and understanding given that we were too busy chatting to look at the menu for a little while. We didn't feel rushed at any point. The food was very tasty. I would happily recommend this restaurant to anyone. 6 of us came here this evening, we didn't book as we were booked to be elsewhere but they lost the booking. When we arrived we were acknowledged with a smile before we had even walked in. It seemed no trouble at all to be fitted in without a booking. The food was great and the service was above and beyond throughout. Thank you!
