Pizza Express - Menu

We were first one's in and hour and half later we still hadn't all been served. The server was very rude whilst taking our order, the food that came out was cold, it was the worst experience in a restaurant I've ever had!

At very short notice on a Saturday night they got a table arranged for us for 13. The staff were amazing, friendly and efficient, the food came out really quickly and was absolutely delicious. Cannot fault the place would definitely go again.

Nice place, but not as nice as the old Pizza Express at the top of Park Street. No character. Staff were all really nice and friendly, but poor organization. Food was great, but the poor organization meant that there were delays between courses.

We had a late lunch, 3pmish, the ,place was quite empty. Sat down and service was slow, 2 staff just standing around looking like they were deciding who HAD to serve us! We both had pizza's that were average and decided on dough balls, very pricey at £5.95, wouldn't order again. The place felt very noisy despite very few people and perhaps music could be quieter. Overall overpriced.

well almost enjoyed my visit to this pizza express but think that they are all the same seated straight away and ordered within 5 mins and pizza arrived just over 5 mins later the disappointing thing was that after having 2 or 3 slices the rest of the pizza was getting cold by the time it came to the last piece it was stone cold surely the cooking time should be more then 5 mins or less .

Though I am aware that this restaurant is part of a chain located in the city center, I found it to be quite noisy. There is a fine line between creating a lively atmosphere and making it difficult to have a conversation. The staff were friendly and the food was delicious, but I was disappointed to find only two anchovies when I had paid extra for them, and the goats cheese I ordered was barely visible.

The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious, with excellent vegan options. Pizza Express was one of the first chains to introduce a vegan pizza, and the giardinera is still the best choice. The staff always make you feel welcome, giving it a local feel despite being a chain. Everyone is very hospitable, and a big thank you to Agneiska for her kind service during my boyfriend's birthday celebration. I also highly recommend trying the Hugo cocktail!

This was the worst dining experience I have ever had! We ordered starters and requested that the children's meals come out first, but instead, all of the adults' meals came out first and three of them were cold. Five minutes later, the children's meals arrived. When it was time for dinner, one order was completely wrong and once again, all of the adults' meals came out first while three children were left waiting. When the children's meals finally arrived, my 4-year-old was given pasta that was barely cooked and had clearly been left under a heat lamp, making it as hard as a rock. When I asked a staff member if she would eat this, her response was "absolutely not," to which I replied, "then...

Abysmal service from staff who couldn’t care less about their customers. Arriving 1 ½ hours before the restaurant’s closing time , our order was taken and drinks and starters arrived soon after. So far so good. It was a quiet evening mid week so we expected our meal to arrive fairly promptly. But half an hour later there was no sign of our pizzas and we were now the only remaining customers in the restaurant. Patiently we sat and waited …and waited… completely ignored by the staff who were chatting and clearing the tables around us.
