Piazza Caffe' - Carte

Centrally located coffee stop in a popular small plaza between Via Cavour the train station. Decent coffee drinks. Champagne spritz later.

Service was bad and the food even worse. We ordered several courses of pizza and pasta and the food was absolutely awful, the pizzas was burnt and the pasta tasted nothing. Avoid this place.

Staff are lovely and friendly, jazz acid funk, loads of free nibbles with drinks, but we were hawked to death about 25 times by people selling selfie sticks, portable sewing machines, sunnies, chargers... Please Ventimiglia stop this haranguing! Voir le carte

We where in ventimiglia and where looking for somewhere to stop for lunch. We noticed a spare table so we stopped off, the menu is pasta, pizza and sandwiches Prices are average for the area, I ordered a Ham and Cheeses Panini and .my wife a Salmon pasta. Service was quick but quality could be better, my Panini was bland and my wifes pasta just didn't have the flavour. Don't think I would be stopping off again.

This is a small cafe with simple meals that are cooked well. We have been there twice in our travels and both times the meals were good. The owner said he made his own pasta and it did appear to be very fresh. I would recommend the pesto pasta. Last time I had the salad caprese but was surprised that it had no basil on it. It was still nice and maybe thats the way he makes it normally. Both times we shared a Tiramisu and that was very tasty. €39 for two pasta dishes, a pichet of wine, a tiramisu and two machiatos..

Be warned that lots of cafes and restaurants stop serving at 2pm. We ended up here. The solitary waitress was lovely throughout but the wait for food was over an hour and when it turned up we couldn't have been more underwhelmed small portions and awful food. Lots of options had run out but they were very busy to be fair. One plate looked like roadkill with a dehydrated salad. A spaghetti order was produced with penne and generally just poor quality food. The toilets were so bad that my kids preferred to go on the train! Voir le carte

DON 'T EAT HERE. While visiting Italy, and on my trip to Monaco, I stopped at Pizza and Caffe restaurant for lunch. We ordered 2 seafood risotto and one lasagna. We were so disappointed. The food is terrible. Seafood risotto is bad, just cooked rice with a sauce and two clamps that tasted terrible. I talked to the waiter about the food and I was told that if I want to eat better I should go to a real restaurant, and also that what should I expect for a €12 plate. Once again, DO NOT EAT HERE, it 's not a restaurant. I will give 0 rating if I could.

We spent just a few hours in Ventimiglia, and those hours were perfect! The sea, the soul of the city and the best part is FOOD! I am so glad that we stopped by Piazza Cafè! We ordered pizza margarita, lasagna, pasta tagliatelle with mushrooms and salmone pasta. Everything we ordered was soooo finger-licking delicious! The price for all was surprisingly cheap. Overall including drinks we paid 50€. We would like say special thanks to waiters! Those ladies were very kind and helpful! I definitely suggest Piazza Cafe for drinks and eating-in! Grazie!

Je me demandais si c’était le même restaurant où je boirai régulièrement l’apéritif et en collant un plat le samedi midi toujours très bien reçu et en apéritif avec un accompagnement offert quelque chose que nous ne trouvons pas en France. Une variété de plats et de copies bien sûr tout est en proportion du prix. C'est une petite brasserie qui n'est pas un restaurant que vous pouvez trouver en italia où vous méditez tout est à ne pas confondre Je recommande entre amis ou la famille pour un budget très correct. Si vous cherchez un restaurant italien typique, il est probablement plus loin et pas au même prix Voir le carte
