Die haben ein Pizza Teig, Mamma mia ist der gut. Der Rand der Pizza war leckerer als die Mitte LOL. Hammer der Teig. Man schmeckt , das der Teig, lange genug geruht hat. Ich habe beim Essen die Augen automatisch verschlossen, als der Rand dran war, so ein perfekter Teig. Die Nudel waren auch total in Ordnung, aber dieser Pizza Teig. Einzigartig. (Die besonderen neapolitanischen Pizzerien kenne ich noch nicht) aber der schlägt mit dem Teig mein liebsten Italiener der mit Holzkohle die Pizzen erstellt hat.
