Pepe's Peri Peri - Carte

Went to collect a large order for take away, chicken was not nice. No Spice and favours although we asked for hot/extra hot and spicy chicken rice was not nice.

I waited for about an hour for my food, but it never arrived and I didn't receive a refund. Additionally, the staff was rude when I called to inquire about my order.

Wings were fantastic. The sauce was great. Juicy and flavoursome. The consistency of the order can vary sometimes. They can put too little sauce sometimes. Overall food is great. Service and general employee attitude can be improved though. Voir le carte

Ordered online the fries were cold and old also the xl burger meal I ordered which was was supposed to be extra hot wasn’t hot at all. Bad food, quite disappointed. Kids weren’t happy at all. Wouldn’t recommend ordering online unless going into the shop.

My son decided he wanted the chicken and rice meal so i ordered online..around 2 hours later came and it was awful..stone cold and tasted horrible even my teenager agreed it wasn't worth the £9 and i could have cooked it better myself) has put me off pepes

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The staff was unnecessarily rude when I ordered my food. After waiting patiently for 25 minutes, I was told that the kitchen was closed and they couldn't make my order. The staff had even lost my ticket. I received a refund, but the customer service was lacking. I will not be returning to this restaurant. Voir le carte

I have ordered from this restaurant twice, and both times my order was incorrect. When I called to inquire about it, the response was that it was placed in the takeout bag incorrectly. This is unacceptable. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again, and I will be sure to inform others about their poor service. Absolutely disappointing experience.

After visiting today I am completely disgusted with how the manager handled all the customers coming in during the government 50% discount scheme. They thought it was ok to be rude with all customers and only really serve whoever they wanted too while turning away a lot of customers who were already in the queue. After the food arrived the chips were burnt and the so was the chicken steak burger and the burritos were cold inside. I know they were busy but if you couldn’t handle it don’t sign up to the scheme. I completely gave up when the kids meal drink was also missing, I was scared of being treated rudely if I said it was missing so I just left it.

After hearing a lot of good reviews of pepes I thought id go and see what the fuss was about so went star city as nandos ran out of chicken! I wish I went home instead and saved myself 50£ it taste horrible I waited 1 and hour hours for my food thought they was slaughtering the chickens themselves at one point Not only that as I walked in the staff told me to takeaway the food as they have no tables when on my right hand side their was 8 tables empty Food was nasty got order wrong If u want below average customer service and a long haul of food with below average food and sauce please feel free to go if u don't want that then stay away and spend money else where Voir le carte
