"This Sunday roast is truly amazing !! prob one of the best I’ve ever had. Everything was cooked to perfection and very tasty had a beef roast plenty of veg gravy everything was hot till the end the roast potatoes crispy on outside and loads of fluffy potato in the middle. sticky toffee pudding and custard for dessert again amazing All the staff were lovely down to earth friendly people who made us feel welcome like part of the family who went out of there way to assist with anything we needed including even holding doors open on departure for my grandad who struggles to walk. Thank you all so much we had a lovely time and are stuffed and very happy and we will certainly be back soon hayley xx"

Went to watch a football match, hardly any other pubs showing it on a Friday. Nice pub. Sound was down on TV as had a band in.

Awesome pub. Great food and drink. Special nod to the Sunday Roast. Clientele staff all lovely and friendly, family friendly as well which isn't common in the town centre.

Visited with a walking group today. The colleagues were friendly and welcoming. The food was very good and the regulars etc were great too. All round good experience. Thank you

I didn't give any stars for Food or Atmosphere because it was a quiet night, but I know they have been very busy. The staff and owners are very friendly and will go out of their way to help you. There is indoor and outdoor seating with a pool table and dartboard for competitions. The only downside for me was the prices of alcohol. The average price per person is between £10-20 and the service was excellent.
