"We stayed at Pauls about 2 weeks ago, it was our third stay but this time our waitress Sara was very rude, she treated us as if we weren't wanted in this place. The waitress didn't say hello or anything else, she asked and was very annoyed what we want to order, when I asked her what the recommendation of the day is, she told us there aren't any today. We ordered our drinks and a drink was brought wrong, the same then with the food, we ordered bacon beans with the steak and got wok vegetables. When we pointed this out to her, she rolled her eyes and left with the food without saying anything. At that moment we didn't know what was going to happen, after a few minutes she brought the right food, but she didn't come past our table and asked if we wanted something else to drink. We then tried to order from a waiter at the bar and told him that the behavior of the waitress was unacceptable, he sent me to my table and a waiter with glasses came to talk to us about the problems, we explained everything to him and I also told him I want to speak to the manager. His response was a bit strange, he told us that there is currently no manager or anyone else in the house who could decide anything, but we are welcome to have a free dessert and should forget their behavior, we refused the dessert and then wanted to pay our waitress to tell her that we found her behavior very derogatory, but instead of her, the waiter from before came and collected the money. I don't normally write reviews but this behavior still annoys me because a nice evening with friends was ruined by this waitress. We all felt uncomfortable afterwards and that's only because of the waitress whose name starts with an S. We will come back on our next stay in Linz and if the service improves again, I will be happy to change my rating. Mistakes can happen, but you have to be able to see them. Have a nice day."

Nettes Ambiente, sehr aufmerksame Bedienung, Essen gut aber nicht sehr gut ( lauwarm) daher stimmt das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis nicht. Zu teuer!

Leider ist erst bei Reservierungen ab 20:00 Uhr eine uneingeschränkte Verweildauer möglich, was ich sehr Schade finde!! OK muß mann das Steak halt nach 20:00 essen wenn man nicht nach 2 Stunden wieder gehen will. Aber es lohnt sich allemal. Unser Essen war sehr gut, ist relativ rasch serviert worden und der Kellner war sehr nett. Wir kommen wieder, aber erst nach 20:00 Uhr :-)

Nach einen halben Jahr zum 2-ten mal hier und gefühlt eine komplett andere Karte. Könnte auch mein persönliches empfinden sein. Der vegetarische Bürger war sehr lecker. Auch meine Begleitung war mit ihrem Salat mit knusprige Hihnerstreifen sehr zufrieden, zumal er ja komplett anders als gewohnt interpretiert wurde. Preis leicht angehoben aber der Qualität angepasst. Gerne mal wieder.

Bis dato war ich nach einigen Besuchen mit dem Essen und Service zufrieden. Heute hab ich mir die Rinderkraftsuppe bestellt und war wirklich enttäuscht!! Es kam ein kleines Teller mit einem Schöpfer Suppe, mein erster Gedanke die Hälfte der Suppe hat wer anderer gegessen. Ein paar Löffel Suppe um € 6,90, da stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht! Von So ein Restaurant hätte ich viel mehr erwartet. Sogar beim Asia Laden wo ein Menu 10€ kostet, kriegt man frisch gepressten Zitronensaft, hier kommt aus billigen Kimi Konzentrat.Vorspeise haben wir Tunfisch genommen hatte ca. 14€ gekostet aber nix besonderes. Hauptspeise haben wir Ein Entrecôte 400 gr bestellt (32€) English mit buttermais (3€) süß Kartoffelnpommes (ca. 4€)und ein paar dips (2x1,5) Steak war total durch, Mais total kalt und zwei kleine Stücke. Pommes waren ok aber viel zu wenig für den Preis. Saucen waren gut. Bedienung war nettAber ich werde nicht mehr hin. Haben 60€ nur für eine Vorspeise,Hauptspeise bezahlt und zwei Leitungswasser und waren am Ende nicht einmal glücklic...
