I visited this restaurant for breakfast on my final day in Shanklin and I wish I had discovered it earlier. I ordered the big boy breakfast which was delicious and reasonably priced. The service was excellent and the food was served promptly. I would definitely recommend this place.

Came in at 1.35 just before they shut at 2. Had an amazing homemade cottage pie which was very hot and tasty and a big portion. Ended up having desert which was equally good. We went as a family of 8 for dinner. All of us enjoyed our dinner, especially the home made cottage pie. It made a lovely change from the normal dinner with chips. All our food arrived nice and hot with good portions. Staff were really friendly and service was fast and efficient. We will definitely return when next in the area.

Came across this cafe one evening by accident. Didn’t look anything special on the outside but inside was another story. The staff are great, friendly and helpful. The food is fantastic and a top restaurant couldn’t serve food as going d as they do. To top it off the cost is usually well under £10 for a huge plateful of food. Highly recommend.

On the last day of our vacation, we didn't feel like cooking breakfast or cleaning up, so we decided to leave early and explore Shanklin for a place to eat. The Paramount Cafe was the first restaurant we stumbled upon, and after a quick glance at the menu, we were sold. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it, and the drinks were also great (especially the tea served in a mug, which was a nice change from drinking out of cups all week).
