"to offer our visit from the south a beautiful hamburg trip, of course, the usual fish is also included. after a long research in the internet I have become aware of this restaurant and had a table there reservation 1 week earlier.After a walk at the harbour we were already a bit earlier in the restaurant.At the place I must mention the pictures that are displayed in the internet do not leave the same impression as the reality.The greeting was not unfriendly, yet it is well known that the first impression counts. After we had taken a place on the window in the empty restaurant, just once we had received the plastic school booklet speise cards, after (unlogic) 1 minute directly one of the two waiters (unfortunately it was not possible to understand it) came to us at the table and wanted to pick up the order directly. we asked him to give us a little time. After we finally decided, the second waiter came and took the order. what to mention is that the cards have not glued and the tables were clean. after a reasonable waiting time the drinks came, unfortunately one of the jars was broken and at the edge the glass splintered off. the waiter also mentions that he does not know what the former is because he had not made the drinks.After a short wait time the ordered food came. optically it was okay, but that was also the only plus point.The ordered butter spargel sponge in an undefined hollandaise that was not ordered. we must mention that we are really not pinched, but one can make a withdrawal at the dressing. the matjes was anything but fresh, the baked fish drowned in old fat and the tenderly dry as standing brot. for the price you can expect at least one fresh ingredient on the dish, even the lemons were already dried. after a short time the second unwitting waiter came back to the table and said the spatula was not ordered so, and he would bring a new one. which is attentive, but the ton makes the music. we had to find out during our visit to this restaurant that the two waiters were not even in the position to make a grounded bowl reasonable, and rather to make a discussion about how great they do that. of 5 tables in this restaurant were I think only 2 satisfied, however they had only one coffee. after we had eaten the dose, a large group came into the restaurant, but after a short time they went back. if a waiter is to push the moved chair into the a*, I'm not sure if such people are properly lifted in gastronomy. my partner and I have both worked for years in the service, so we unconsciously pay attention to a lot, however the two waiters were incapable and unprofessional that such a service is ineffective! for 75€ you don't expect anything! a drunk waiter with fahne or a waiter that you can only feel ashamed of yourself. never again! for the money you can eat much better, with really funny and attentive waiters spend a nice evening"

Servitören aspackad. Fick först fel mat sedan efter ca 30 min något som skulle föreställa vad vi beställt men bara delvis stämde. Katastrof och dyrt för vad som levererades.

Try the excellent lobster or fish soup, with a lot of good fish. Also fish plate and labskaus are very good! The waiter was very nice, even moving us in between, to move us closer to the window at the water!

super location directly at the landing bridges where you can observe the ships while running out.The waiter was very attentive but not intrusive. the food was very delicious and fresh!! To all nörglers here complaining about the prices. my man and I had 1 drink each and 1 fish dish each and we haven't paid 30 euro yet. I pay a little more for the book and then get a correspondingly fresh and good food on the table.

vi bestilte backfisch. the ene med pommes the anden med kartoffelsalat. tjenere kom halvvejs med vores tallerkener, da han vendte rundt og gik ud igen. så kom han retur med den ene tallerken og undskyldte at de havde lavet en fejl med den anden tallerken. vi ventede så på den 2. tallerken (som de havde lavet pommes til i stedet for kartoffelsalat), imens min kæreste nåede at spise hele hans portion. hvorfor går man ikke tilbage med begge tallerkener og venter med at servere til begge tallerkener he clear!? the var intet tilbehør til rescue, kun friturebagt fisk, pommes eller kartoffelsalat og så en lille ske remoulade (den var nu god!).
