"It was a real surprise I am gluten intolerant, and it was wonderful to discover that I too had the opportunity to eat what I wanted, without distinctions and problems, but even better was the dessert...all gluten-free, I could choosing what I liked most, unbelievable. Definitely worth returning as soon as we find ourselves in Siena again. The staff, friendly and helpful. We were sitting in the room where there is an open kitchen, and seeing them move around the kitchen, between an appetizer and a dessert, while preparing the dishes is wonderful.
