O'Sheas Irish Pub & Biergarten

Unfriendly waiters, Over priced everything, food was awful. I do not recommend this place at all. Plenty of other restaurants in the area.

A good pint of Guinness and the menu was ok went for the chicken wings and they were good as well. Sat in the beer garden by the river the pub itself looked very good.

The food is not great, the hamburgers are not tasty at all, the meat seemed just defrosted and the baked potato, tasted like a potato baked the day before and just reheated.

We have had way better food in Dublin. We wanted a change of scenery (restaurant instead of pub) but were disappointed by the quality of the food. Service was good and very friendly, plus we had a seat outside which is a rarity!

Popped in for lunch while exploring Old City Nuremburg and glad I did.Had a nice pitcher of Warsteiner and an excellent pork steak special for less than 20 euros. Match that with some laughs and excellent conversation with some lively locals and I was one happy diner and customer.

Popped into Vischer's thinking it was a local German place. Surprise Irish staff and food from O'Sheas pub. Hey ho. Was late and not too busy so grabbed a seat for supper. Shepard's pie was tasty but lacking in gravy. A bit dry, saved by HP sauce....sadly no side salad included. Anyhow, the barman was helpful and so made up for it....

Normally I stay away from Oirish pubs outside of Ireland for the same reason that Tom Cruise's accent grates in Far and Away. But it was late and O'Sheas was open and it was wonderful. I walked into a little bastion of Irishness, with craic, and great Guinness. O'Sheas is a real Irish pub, with no feeling of falseness. If you miss home, you might find it here.

Visited here on our recent trip to Nuremberg with our teenagers (16 & 18). Atmosphere was great. It was really busy but still didn't take long to get served. Beer and wine was amazing. We didn't eat here but from what we saw of the food we wished we had. We visited twice, first day we sat in the outside area which is in a lovely position on the river. Next time we went in the evening and sat inside the amazing old building. It was just lovely here we would highly recommend it.

I just called into this pub one lunchtime. It was 30 plus degrees and I'd been doing some walking around so refreshment was needed.Not too busy at that time, good selection of beers. As I just wanted something cold I opted for a pint of Heineken which was fine. Pleasant barmaid who when asked advised me the WiFi wasn't working and was a bit hit and miss.A nice looking pub inside with outside seating also. I had made plans for lunch but the menu and food I saw being served looked pretty good.Wish I'd had more time in Nuremberg as I would have returned.
