"This spot used to be my "go to" restaurant for great Italian food for dinner with friends or for family when they visited. Now, I'm sad to say that at best it is very good and at worse it's fair. When the kitchen is "on" the food is a good representation of quality Italian food. Pizza is usually a safe dish, as are the salads. There is plenty of room for large groups and there is a cheerful patio out back. I've lived in the area for going on 10 years and I still eat there hoping it will be a good night for the kitchen."

"Eigentlich eines unserer liebsten Restaurants und unser absoluter take away favorite, aber in den letzten Wochen oder Monaten gehen die Wartezeiten einfach nicht mehr. Jedes Mal mindestens 30 Minuten länger als angegeben bei Abholung. Auf das Essen zum dort essen wartet man teilweise über 2 Stunden, das ist schlicht und einfach eine Frechheit. Vier Sterne gibt's trotzdem, weil das Essen durchweg überragend ist. Ich hoffe, die Dauer ändert sich schnell wieder, denn, wenn sich an den Zeiten nichts ändern, werden wir dort leider nicht mehr bestellen. Update....es hat sich glücklicherweise sehr schnell geändert und seitdem ist wieder alles perfekt!"

"Pour ma dernière nuit à Landstuhl, je suis finalement arrivé au Cockpit Lounge attaché à l'hôtel Christine. Peut-être que la prochaine fois je séjournerai dans cet hôtel. Je voulais cette fois, mais ils étaient complets, c'est pourquoi j'y suis allé avec une ... mauvaise attitude. Je dirai que ce repas était absolument incroyable et qu'il est parmi les meilleurs de Landtuhl même s'il ne fait pas partie de mes trois premiers. Bien sûr, l'ambiance Air Force de l'endroit lui a donné des points bonus. J'ai commencé avec la meilleure soupe de goulache hongroise en Allemagne. C'était parfait et il y avait beaucoup de viande pour accompagner la soupe salée. J'ai manqué de prendre une photo de la salade, mais c'était gros. J'ai l'impression d'être au Texas avec ces salades! J'ai beaucoup apprécié les filets de saumon et de perche à la sauce au homard. C'était tellement bon. Il me reste encore quelques endroits à visiter à Landstuhl, mais je les ai presque tous frappés. De retour à Stuttgart demain"

"(If you want to a quick summed up review just skip to #3)The first time I went to Alom Dee in 2014 i was pretty impressed. The quality of service and food were pretty good compared to the appearance of the place. Naturally we thought we discovered a little gem. Not the case now a days! #1. The receptionist/waitress (who doesn't take your order mind you, you write it yourself) is one of the snottiness people I've met. Why this woman is still employed there is beyond me. I'm a pretty laid back guy, takes a fair amount to get under my skin but this young lady did it in about 15 min. Congrats, new record. If the owner had some intelligence he/she would read these reviews and send ole girl packing.#2. The food... what a waste of time and money. It took a solid 20 min to get our order in and even get drinks. The place wasn't busy. When snotty waitress picks it up she lets us know that there is no sushi tonight. Wouldn't be a big deal if you would put up a sign or maybe let some folks know when you seat them. So we adjusted our order and finally got it placed, 30 min in. When we received our food, ONE HOUR AND 15 MIN LATER the orders were incorrect and it was hot garbage. I kid you not, you can get the same quality at a Chinese fast food joint, heck it would probably be better. We choked it down and did our best to get out of there. We went so far as to separate our orders between 2 couples so this rocket scientist of a receptionist wouldn't screw it up, but she did. That was another 10 min to get "fixed". When she returned our receipts were partially done on the computer and partially inked in with pen. Super sketchy. My bill was 70€... 70€ for what looked and tasted like microwave food. I wanted out of there so bad that I just paid it and left. #3. Finally, just some words of recommendation. Don't go here. If you have self respect take a 5 min drive to Mr. Lian's. Great food and even better service. This place is hot and cramped, the food is sub par, prices are obnoxious and service is non-existent. To the owner, fire your receptionist. Seriously, read the reviews, she's losing you patrons. I gave it 24 hours to try and cool off about this visit, didn't work. Don't go here, I'd recommend going hungry before I'd recommend giving your money to this dumpster of an establishment."
