"The atmosphere in here is wonderful it’s serene and elegant, with quite an old fashioned vibe and nice background music. We love the fact it’s not over decorated or flashy. The food is tasty and the house wine really quaffable, above what you’d expect at a standard pub! We’ve been back twice now for food and each time it’s been lovely. The staff are lovely too and provide a restaurant standard service, always with a smile. Also, the sports TV is tucked away to the side so that those who want to watch can but it doesn’t take over the whole pub if that’s not your thing. Overall, a new favourite of ours!"

What an amazing pub this is. Great food and the service is beyond than perfect. The atmosphere is warm and cosy and has a home from home feel. The food is by far the best I have had from a pub and would highly recommend it. Definitely worth a visit.

I asked if they sold non-alcoholic wine, explaining my liver was not functioning properly. The service was appalling with the single waitress engrossed, in full sight, on her phone. We bought a bottle of wine and I added my own non-alcoholic wine so it was half and half. Suddenly, the Manageress appeared and started berating me. Not in my restaurant she quivered and told us to leave.
