"Went here on 12.02.2024 at 19:30 for some nice dinner. The city was full of people during the Fasnacht Event. All 4 seats are full downstairs which is why we only wanted to check if there are any availabe seats upstairs. On the way up the lady at the counter saying we need to order at there. If course I know that it's not my first time eating here. I said we only want to check upstairs if any seats are available and also place down our things. My hands were full. The lady kept on shouting and insisting that we ordered at the counter. I said we will be back to order there at the counter. She got very furious for us even checking the availability of the seats upstairs. We just left after that. We won't tolerate such bad behaviour from a restaurant. Never had a problem here in Lucerne with any restaurants. Very bad customer service. Never going back here again. Too bad the owner changed. The older owner which was a guy was very friendly. I would advise for everyone to avoid this restaurants at all costs. never again thank you."

rude staff and food is mediocre, there are better authentic thai restaurants in luzern with nice staffs (one star is too high)

Literally Oh Wow !! The BEST Thai food we had during our trip. The cook is authentic very nice Thai lady. Very recommended. Good price too. We love all the three dishes that we ordered, thank you again :

The taste was unexpectedly authentic!! So flavourful!! Somemore considered affordable for the given portion. The dishes even much better than some I had in Thailand. Thumbs up. Should definitely visit here if you’re in an eager to fix your Asian food craving!

Too long a wait, had to wait at least 30 minutes for the order. The Pad Thai was just swimming in oil, and I wanted it with shrimps and beef. I paid 3 CHF more and got 3 shrimps in return. Very unhygienic too. When she noticed that I was looking, she washed the pan with soap instead of just water and the soap was no sooner gone than it was on the side to dry. The noodles were like dough, sticky and overcooked so that you could almost spoon it with a fork. In addition, everything ran out of the take away container. I don't normally write reviews, but this was so disgusting that it's my first time writing one. It's a shame that you can't give zero stars.
