"The head waiter insisted it was indeed plum sauce and attributed the taste to my personal preference. I pointed out that I had ordered the same dish a few months ago, and it tasted completely different. While we were discussing this, another customer approached us, claiming to be a food critic, and began to berate us, asserting that we were mistaken about our opinions. The waiter suggested bringing the chef over to address our concerns, and we agreed. We enjoyed a couple more courses, but when the bill arrived, we inquired about the chef, only to learn that he had left for the evening. At that moment, the two critics came back, and one of them grabbed my partner by the neck, demanding that we pay the bill. At no point had we indicated that we wouldn’t pay. Simultaneously, the woman snatched my phone as I attempted to call the police and stormed out of the restaurant. It was evident that the manager was familiar with these individuals and that they had some connection to the restaurant. Despite being assaulted, we paid our bill because that's not who we are. However, we will never return to this restaurant, and I would warn anyone who may have a complaint to be cautious about voicing it!"

This is our absolute favourite restaurant on the Wirral. The food is always fantastic and no matter what we order we are always delighted with our meal. All the staff are great and always efficient, happy and polite. Moyo is a very talented Chef indeed. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic meal in the North West. This is an amazing restaurant with exceptional food and service! The lamb was cooked perfectly, juicy and flavorful with a lovely pink center. They also have an impressive selection of UK cheeses and the scampi was delicious. We savored our desserts, which included a rich chocolate cake and delightful panna cotta.
