Just had a gorgeous lunch with a friend, great friendly service and good value for money. Always easy to park and its accessible. Menu is just the right size and lots of choice.

called in on the off chance for a coffee ,, the staff were very friendly and polite ,, we both ended up with a bowl of soup and warm bread ,,was very tasty and filling ,, we will be calling back again soon to try...different food

I decided to ask Jude to lay on a birthday lunch for my husband's birthday wow what a fabulous lunch it was. Roast Beef or Roast Chicken for people done to perfection with sticky toffee pudding for afters. Everyone was completely suprised...by the quality of the food which was amazing. It is always a pleasure to go to this cafe. The food is always superb and so is the coffee. We had a lovely pit stop there today. We would particularly like to mention Billy he is always friendly and serves with a smile....Even though the cafe was extremely busy, he took time out to have a chat. I would highly recommend a visit for breakfast, lunch or coffee cake. A great asset to our area.

My mom and I stopped at this restaurant for lunch while we were out riding our motorcycles. We were promptly seated, given menus as well as a pizza menu since it was a Saturday, and our drink order was taken promptly. All of the female servers were very friendly. One of them even took the time to engage in a nice conversation about motorcycles. The service was fast and the food was delicious. Kudos to the chef. We will definitely return.

visit: Eggs Royal, I expected eggs with smoked salmon but I got tinned flaked salmon with a ‘smokey’ flavour had no taste at all, very disappointing visit: Full breakfast. The sausage was just low quality, a tomato, one mushroom, one egg,...some beans and two rashers (which were ok, saved the day). oh yes, one slice of toasted sourdough -so hard it was a danger to teeth. I would never toast sourdough for that very reason. Also beware, extra rasher ….. i’ll stick to the coffee in future. Voir le carte

We came to the restaurant as a group of 10 cyclists, and the waitress seemed a little overwhelmed by our size. However, there was no need for her to worry because our experience was fantastic. We all enjoyed delicious coffee and cake - the best cup of coffee I've ever had in a cafe, served in a large cup and incredibly tasty. The Bakewell tart was delightful, and my friends also loved their cakes. We noticed other customers enjoying breakfast, which looked delicious as well. The service was excellent and overall, it was a wonderful little cafe. Thank you for taking care of us so well!

Yuk. Cold and drafty glorified caff. Over priced faffy fayre. It’s Turkish themed it would seem but nothing exciting on the menu apart from the lamb dish and only one left at on a Thursday?! Why offer pizza with Turkey and Cranberry sacrilege...before the big day. Really fancied pizza but not with that on it. I had the rock hard soda bread with avocado tahini and goats cheese yuk combo but least offensive as everything else involved a poach egg. Couldn’t eat the tahini as it was in strips yuk yuk yuk. I only went as was being treated to part of a birthday celebration. Not for me sadly but veggies will love it probably.

I am really tired of friends telling me they have discovered a hidden gem for food. Having enthused about this place, I was invited out to lunch. I cannot say how disappointing it was. This was a treat for my birthday, so I was really...excited at seeing for myself. I ordered the halloumi burger. It was a brioche bun with two slices of slightly warm halloumi sandwiched between a large amount of lettuce, roasted red peppers, finely sliced courgette or cucumber not sure which. The fact that all the salad item were cold and the bun had not been toasted left me questioning it’s description, since a burger to me suggests something hot in a lightly toasted bun.
