Nordsee - Carte

By the harbour, I prefer see food and everyone recommended nordsee to me. Not bad food, but good atmospher

I ordered grilled salmon dish, the fish was great, it is convenient, sort of half self serve but we enjoyed the meal while sitting by the water.

Chain restaurant/take-away on the Landungsbrucken (main harbour) where you can get snacks or meals. We shared five pieces of fish and portion of frites served with their own tartar sauce. Fresh and tasty, reasonable price. Voir le carte

had a very good meal here 28/3/14 2 x Schollenfilet (extra large) with chips E9.95, 2 x rolls (.45c each) 1x diet cola e1.65 1 x coffee e1.50.total e23.95.seating a bit uncomfortable but would use again. our friends also had a very good meal.

Rice not cooked enough, with "crunch", fish with a layer of herbs, vegetables with a lot of curry. On top of thid, 15 min waiting time for this awful meal :'(. Bad service overall.No fans or AC inside, when the heat is about 35 degrees...like a sauna inside.

Popped in here while waiting on boat trip glad we did coffee very hot and reasonable prices in fact one of the best cappuccino coffees I have tasted we also shared a lovely prawn sandwich which again very fresh and tasty staff very pleasant would return for a meal Voir le carte

If you decide to take a walk in the Port of Hamburg - this place is a perfect stop for a meal & rest. Food is fresh and tasty, they got some good offers for complex dinners... the only thing - watch out the glasses, not all of them are properly cleaned. We had beer in the bottles.

Whenever we visit Germany, we make a point of locating a Nordsee restaurant, for a good quality fish meal, at a reasonable price.They usually have an extensive menu to choose from, with both hot and cold dishes. We enquired at our hotel and were told that the only Nordsee restaurant in central Hamburg is to be found at Landungsbrucken. Seldom have we been so disapointed: a very limited menu and badly-cooked, poor quality food. One can only assume that given its location with the large number of visitors, this restaurant is guaranteed a steady stream of customers. It is not up to the standard of other Nordsee restaurants.

Sort of bumbled our way along to this half take away have fish café, just as the sun was warming up the lunch time rush. A short queue and quick order from the service window of a shrimp crusty cob and an xl portion of fish n chips in a cone. Came to 7.50E excellent value, excellent fresh food.Abundant seating outside and a beer pump which confusingly I had to go back to the window to order a beer, pay them and then the chap could do me a pint, bit strange, as was the refundable1E deposit on the glass?!?! Bit of a bind trying to get that refunded inside the café counter.All in all though a great experience, no doubt helped by the great October weather. Some great places to have a bite to eat...
