"I've been coming since the opening of Non Stop but nothing is taken for granted in life! The quality had already been declining for some time, but last night was too much. The bread was already more than in crumbs when I opened my order (I live nearby so I opened my order 5 minutes later) and in terms of fries, I had the impression of having inherited the bottom of a bag of frozen fries from the supermarket. Then, the slice of breaded chicken was overcooked so almost impossible to bite into! Honestly, I don't know how long you cooked it, but I've never seen that before. Just not edible. And to top it off, you really enjoyed the chili, I've had this burger dozens of times, I've never had my mouth so on fire. And it wasn't the can of Coke that was sold to me for 4.50 chf (I was surprised, I went to look on the menu, normally it's 4 chf) that was able to put out the fire. Nor the incredible dryness of the burger where I struggled to find the slightest trace of guacamole. Very sad and a shame what it’s becoming. It's not the first time I've been disappointed, but this time it was one time too many."
