Bahar is a very nice restaurant with an excellent selection of great food and very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Fantastic family meal. We hadn't reserved a table but they accommodated us on a busy Friday night and nothing was too much trouble...they even cooked an omelette for our youngest daughter! Great food and service was supetb

This restaurant is a real gem in a small town. The food is delightful, delicious, and reasonably priced. My wife and I enjoyed several subtly flavored dishes, with generous portions that allowed us to take home leftovers for another meal. The service was attentive and helpful. We highly recommend this place.

Bahar provided catering for an outdoor party of 40 people and offered us a variety of great options to choose from. The food was delivered hot and packed securely for travel. The dishes were tasty and the serving sizes were generous. I highly recommend Bahar for anyone in need of catering for large groups. Thank you, we will definitely return!

Very warm welcome and staff were very helpful in offering suggestions to suit us from the menu. Presentation was wonderful and food tasted great. They even brought out a free pudding with a candle for the birthday boy. Only slight gripe was that it's licensed and the drinks were a little expensive as were some of the starters. I would visit again.

Overall a great atmosphere and tasty food! We’ve been going as a family to Bahar for a number of years and no visits ever disappoints. The staff are polite and attentive, and are on hand to support with any menu choices or difficulties customers have. The chicken in sweet chilli sauce is a great starter. Great mains include: Standard tikka masala Tandoori chicken Vindaloo( if you can handle it!! Madras. Other dishes are great however those are my favourites washes down with a cobra and a garlic naan! Greta jobs to the lads and lasses there!

my m other and i was staying in tenbury wells on holiday and this restaurant was just round the corner from where we were staying.We booked a table and was warmly greeted and was given a table upstairs our waiter was friendly and polite and my mother explained she had a nut allergy and he told her not to worry he would check anything she ordered was safe for her.We had some poppadoms to start then i had chicken tikka masala mum had lamb balti we shared a veg rice aloo gobi and onion bhajis food was lovely mum had 2 large glasses of red wine i had 2 bottles of kingfisher bill was about £60 eill definately eat here again if in area

Visited whilst staying in the area. Very busy which is usually a good sign. All tables, including us, had quite a long wait for food though. We had poppadoms followed by starters (vegetable samosa and onion bhaji) Poppadoms were not great as they were burnt but dips were very nice. Starters were ok. My husband said his bhajis were very good. My samosas tasted lovely but were a little on the cold side. Mains consisted of a chicken tikka jalfrezi and a mint lamb bhuna. Both tasted nice but pieces of the meat in both were tough. £50 including a lemonade and a pint of Cobra so average Indian Restaurant prices. Would possibly visit again. Nothing major to fault but nothing had the wow factor.
