Moggerhanger Park - Carte

Pleasant lunch in the sun in their courtyard. Just sandwiches but good ones. Service nothing special but for just sandwiches don't expect a lot.

Great baked potato. Wish I had some cake, they looked lovely! The interior of the cafe is really cute with solid wood tables and lovely table top arrangements.

Visited here for a formal picnic in the walled garden for a anniversary party. had a lovely afternoon in the grounds of the park. Beautiful scenery and lots of places to venrure. great for kids too as there is a climbing frame and activities around for them to do. Voir le carte

I enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea in the courtyard at Moggerhanger Park today. The Old Kitchen offers a very good menu with freshly made lunches and afternoon teas, delicious cakes and sandwiches. The service was very good and the setting relaxing. The cafe closes at 4 pm.

Love all the flowers around the courtyard which is pleasant to sit in if weather good. Old kitchen is very homely and the food was excellent with friendly staff. The Woodland cafe was very pleasant but the bad reviews for something that is not there any more seems a bit pointless. We will visit again. Make sure you check the Web site before visiting as Kitchen is closed on wedding days.

We arrived at lunchtime without booking and after another group of cyclist which won't have helped the staff. But the service was slow, our drinks arrived some time after finishing our cakes and not in the order with which they were ordered. However, to be fair and full credit to the waitress for coming out afterwards to apologise for the poor service!! This to me is the sign of an establishment worth visiting again. Voir le carte

I loved the woodland cafe. Handy for the playground and woodland walk for children and dog walkers alike to stop with a coffee and slab of cake. Now it's gone.Have to sit in drab courtyard with no views. Linen on tables so parents of children and dog owners by pass this now. Such a shame. It was an amazing local asset, ruined by the relocation of the cafe. Move cafe back, locals who spend everyday will come pouring back in again.

Moggerhanger Park seems to be a very run down Travelodge, i went there with a couple of friends expecting for a pleasant experience as i had heard good things. unfortunately it was the complete opposite of my expectations, the building itself clearly hasn't been well kept and the overall management of staff was the worst i had seen for years, the food i ordered took a very long time to arrive, and, to be honest was on par with being a microwave dinnerwill not be visiting again... very disappointingwould not recommend coming here to anyone

What happened to the wonderful Woodland Cafe? It was in an amazing location, light, airy, well staffed, family-friendly and the food, especially weekend breakfast, was lovely. I used to visit several times a month. Now replaced by the Old Kitchen, sadly the total opposite. Drab, tightly packed with bad service. Been three times to give it the benefit of the doubt but food orders have been messed up every time and it's ultimately not worth the hassle. It's certainly not the go-to destination it once was and I regretfully won't be returning. Voir le carte
