I'm a big fan of Mikado (Manor, Plainpalais and Pâquis) but the one from Eaux-Vives is really not as good as the others. I do not understand why. I have been several times and I have always been disappointed, the slices of fish are much smaller and thinner, the presentation is sloppy and they are less tasty (spicy tuna and spicy salmon, missing the spiciness each time) You deserve sincere feedback because I am a big fan of Mikado but that of Eaux-Vives is really below in terms of quality.

I was craving sushi and this place was rated well on google so we decided to try it out. It’s a self serving sushi place but there’s seating inside which is convenient. The food is good, some items are a bit of hit or miss but overall it was good. The only thing I’d have liked if this was fresh like the gyozas were not made immediately on order and the sushi are all pre-made, if only they were made to order like an authentic restaurant, it’d have been five stars. The lady at the counter was very sweet and accommodating

We went there to buy some takeaway to bring home, it was 8pm and their counters didn 't have many choices of food left so we asked them to cook some hot dishes and prepare some fresh sushi (we wanted to buy 10 boxes in total)...but they refused to serve us!! Please note that their closing time is at 9pm, and we were there at 8pm: it 's 1 hour before their closing time, nevertheless THEY REFUSED TO COOK!!!! It 's astonishing!! I 've travelled around the world and I 've never come across a restaurant that turn away customers one hour before closing. This is typical Geneva! Voir le carte
