"absolutely fantastic, must make restaurant in minori. antonio is incredibly friendly and worked with us to get his delicious lemon cream linguini from us also clear linguine for my picky foods. we tried both aprrol injections and limoncello splashes, with a little melonecello as an additional bonus, it was just lovely. in the did it was so lovely that we came back in the next night to get another limoncello splash. antonio is just wonderful. it is funny/interesting to talk to him and learn a little about minori and amalfi. this is the type of place, it will be by the covid hard times because it is just so good. Come here, eat them here, drink them here. you will not regret it."

when they come to minori, make sure that midnight sun is on their list. the owner, antonio, personally served us (and it looked like all others), and he.

exquisite dining, drinks and hospitality. the owner suggested to launch limoncello splash. we haven't heard about the cocktail yet, but they had exactly the right thing.

Perfect after a day driving over from Rome. Lemon cream pasta was amazing. I also had the scaloppini as my main, and it was great. Can't get much better in terms of location directly on main stretch along the ocean. Definitely recommend this place if you're visiting here.

Awesome restaurant and Antonio is amazing! Limon pasta is a must and definitely try the local wine. Incredibly Antonio still has a hands on approach and considering this hot tourist destination he still makes you feel like family. Thanks for excellent experience! Oh and the limoncello!!!

Agree with the other reviews, owner super friendly. Been there twice while in Minori and will go back again before leaving town. Homemade pasta and the lemon crema linguine, which was a first for us, was excellent. Also had polpo salad which again was excellent and the prices you just can't beat.

the owner is super friendly for everyone. whether they walk at the restaurant or eat there. we promised to come a night, but the original evening was very cool and not good for eating outside. we returned and had a very pleasant meal. nothing nice. only a good Italian meal at a very reasonable price.

my wife and I stayed a block away in the hotel santa lucia in minori and after dinner in a restaurant in amalfi, we drove back to minori and decided to try midnight sun especially for drinks and appetizers, we were very glad that we did, the service was phenomenal, the owner antonio came to our table to ensure that everything was on place and we were satisfied with the quality of service. we come back when we visit amalfi coast again.

Amazing restaurant, go here! Antonio is so friendly and makes you feel at home instantly. The food, drinks and prices are just so good here, we went back at least once a day, for dinner!!! Sometimes for lunch also! Had their speciality twice, lemon cream linguine. Sounds odd, but really delicious! Also had the seafood linguine, seafood risotto, tagliatelle bolognese, and fried seafood platter. Antonio always gave us something complimentary at the end of the meal, whether it be more wine, shots of limoncello or melon-cello! Simply amazing amazing food, will definitely be back next time I'm in Minori again! :

"A wonderful little jewel of a place tucked neatly behind the church in the piazza! I called made reservations in Italian I 'm still learning! :D the night before. Just to be sure I had understood them they understood me, I also texted, in Italian by translator , to their mobile number. They promptly responded that yes, they had understood me my reservation was confirmed for 8pm and 5 people. Our GPS told us to make the right turn at the church in the main piazza of Biancavilla, but truly, it looked like a dead end so we kept going. MAKE THE RIGHT TURN! It isn 't a dead end there is parking on the street. We ended up parking across town walking all the way back. The restaurant is family owned run a very sweet lady her son...as I understood them. We had lovely conversation, in Italian, we enjoyed every moment of it! She showed us through the 'cave ' told us about how they had to excavate it out...quite interesting! The atmosphere of being in an actual cave, as a restaurant, is a unique experience. As you walk in, the bar is in front of you, the unisex WC is to the immediate left and stairs leading down to the main eating area are to the right. Once you go down the stairs the area that they excavated out boasts the cave ceiling/walls , it is a tri level of tables and another small bar. The menu is in Italian with English below it for the appetizers pizzas; there is more on the menu but only in Italian. We ordered salads the bruschetta no tomatoes but with a pesto instead so yummy for appetizers!! For dinner, one of us ordered pasta, one got a calzone the rest of us got pizza. We all loved our dishes! My pizza was half pistacchio and half local sheep cheese/sausage some other stuff IT WAS EXCELLENT!! the sheep cheese pizza is listed right below the pistacchio pizza is 'O Sor/Sar..... ' something. In any case, definitely try it!! It is also reasonably priced as well with the 5 of us, ordering appetizers, entrees and drinks, our bill was about 65 Euro. A great place to take family/friends to enjoy a different type of atmosphere, wonderful food friendly service! We will definitely go back! :D"
