"My boyfriend and I stumbled upon this restaurant and instantly became enamored with the food and service. Everything was freshly prepared to order, delicious, and beautifully presented. The gentleman working behind the counter was delightful and took the time to patiently explain everything we inquired about. As an added bonus, there was the most adorable and well-mannered dog in the world, wandering around and offering customers a warm cuddle. We highly recommend this place and would return whenever possible."

"For 6-7 years I have wanted to go and try out Aizle and last night I finally got my chance. It was so worth the wait. Every dish was beautifully executed to the finest, minute detail. The staff were so friendly, enthusiastic and you could just tell that they love working there. Shout out to Tess who was smiling all the way through the dining room all night. She came over to clear my plates the most out of all of the serving staff and she always made a point of asking how it was. Such enthusiasm and passion is hard to come by these days and I really appreciated it. All of the staff were great, I loved the dynamic of no one server was assigned certain tables; just looking after everybody and carrying out a task when it is noticed. I dined by myself and watched different people enjoy their experiences also. I can't wait to come back to Edinburgh and visit again and check out their sister restaurants. What a night. Thank you."

"Decent food, and served very quickly. Good menu variety. Prices probably a little steep for some of the menu but others were very well priced. Had the chilli beef nachos which was nice but needed to be a bit fresher. Girlfriend had southern fried chicken burger which was amazing! Cajun fries were brilliant!"

"We ordered dinner for 4 online. Everyone trying something different. When we arrived to pick it up 10 minutes later they hadn't started making anything. They made it quickly while we ate it and sent us on our way. When we got home and opened it we discovered that every order was wrong and the falafal was too hard to eat. We were too tired and hungry to take everything back so we ate what we could, but it was a lousy ending to a great trip to Scotland"

"Went with my family for a nice meal, we arrived and were told that there were very limited drinks available. Was expecting great service after reading the reviews below but honestly from the moment we sat down it felt like we were being rushed out the restaurant. When we sat down we were given menus and immediately asked if we wanted a starter. When we asked for a few more minutes to look at the menu we were told that 5 minutes was too long and needed to make a decision quickly. They tried to clear our starters twice whilst we still had food in our mouths and on our plates. When the main course arrived one meal was cold. They took a drinks order and 20mins later when the drinks hadn't arrived we asked and they had run out of the drinks we had ordered as the other person had forgotten about them. When we tried to complain we were just dismissed and told that the staff were new. Also one of the waitresses had her mask around her chin the whole time she was serving us.The whole experience was awful."
