"Étant donné que la plupart des critiques de Schatull sont favorables, j'hésite à soumettre un rapport négatif car notre expérience était peut-être une anomalie. Cependant, je pense qu'il est important de partager nos observations. Nous sommes arrivés à Schatull et étions assis en quelques minutes. Le serveur ... a pris notre commande de boissons et de repas en même temps. J'ai indiqué sur le menu les repas que nous voulions et établi que les repas ne contenaient pas de champignons ma femme est allergique. La mise en place de ma femme consistait en un couteau sale et pas de fourchette lorsque le serveur a rapidement apporté nos boissons, il nous a fourni des couverts propres jusqu'à présent, tout va bien. Pendant ce temps, plusieurs invités sont arrivés peu de temps après, il y avait à peu près des tables occupées que nous pouvions voir de notre point de vue. Avance rapide d'une heure nous n'avons pas revu le serveur j'aurais au moins aimé commander une deuxième bière pendant que nous attendions. Nous manquions de temps en raison d'un engagement précédent, nous avons donc signalé le serveur et demandé une mise à jour sur nos repas, il a dit «ils venaient». Le directeur s'est arrêté et a demandé si nous avions commandé de la nourriture, apparemment, notre commande n'a jamais été transformée en cuisine. Comme nous n'avions plus le temps, ma femme leur a dit d'oublier les repas; puis le serveur a dit que nous n'avions jamais commandé de repas. Nous avons payé les boissons et partir aurait été bien s'ils ne nous faisaient pas payer pour ceux qui considèrent que nous avons perdu une heure de notre temps. Au fait, pendant cette période d'une heure, la seule nourriture livrée à l'une des autres tables était une salade, il semble donc clair qu'il y avait une sorte de problème dans la cuisine aggravé par le service incompétent."

"we have eaten here a few times on our first trip to gengenbach and also on the last trip. once we ate in the beer garden. no one was there and we waited and waited and finally a man came out. I couldn't say if he was rude or just tried to be funny. it was a difficult experience to accept our order. next time we ate in. there are two inside parts - the bar and the restaurant. the bar is clearly the main venue. when we sat down, two women played video games. no one came back. we went, but we saw nowhere else in the city where we wanted to eat this evening, so we went back. the two women were still there, they showed us that we had to ring what we did, and the waitress came. that was in order. the first time I had blown and the woman had a salami cheese sandwich. the second time I had half a chicken and pommes. they kicked the chicken and it had an excellent crispy skin. I also had pommes - too many to eat. the woman had bratwurst and potato salad. the food was good and the price was excellent. I don't know if smoking is allowed in the restaurant, but it was clear in the bar and the smoke traveled to the restaurant, so if they don't like the smoke smell, the inside restaurant is not the right place for them."

"Three stars because the operator was very nice. I can't recommend food. When I go to a vineyard, I don't expect turkey or salmonasian, but a map that contains pure traditional dishes. Especially since the Asian prepared turkey is probably simply poured over with a sweet-saure prepared sauce. My pork larvae were very hard, the sauce was little rich and not even a champignon, but only three fragments of it were contained in the sauce. For more than 20€ for the court I expect a little more. The boss was still rude at the end because my son ordered part of the delay. You wouldn't be a single court on the map."

"Zum Turm is an excellent pub restaurant. We had one of the nicest meals during our two week holiday in Germany here. It is a real hidden gem; there's no way we would have known about this restaurant if it wasn't for TripAdvisor. It is small but cosy inside. It is decorated inside in an old-fashioned style which gives it a great atmosphere. There were three tables by the window where you could see outside. I believe that there were also more tables down the back. The owner is a very nice man and is very helpful.I had the pork knuckle which was huge and very tasty! The potatoes served with it were very nice. The Flammkuchen and salads were also great."

"at 30. dezember we were with my man in this wonderful land ... or asked our diving guide I could eat the famous black forests cirsty places ... and he pointed to this conditories .... it was raised!!! !I will always remember!!!! the creamy cappuccino as you can not imagine it in italia even small, medium, small....total idiotic when you come into this village of the black forest you will find this place!!!! is located near the rat house ... I also tried 2 other pfirsichkuchen .gluppp"
