Was made to park up and wait for order like normal for all of 3 items. Luckily the server who brought our food over think the name was Sam, put a smile on our faces after complimenting our car, this isn’t the first time he’s done it either. Thank you Sam!

It's pretty basic tenets of takeaway and delivery. The customer orders the food, the staff have a massive screen which tells them what the customer has ordered. The staff members bag up the correct food and give it to the customer... however in this restaurant...

Sat at home for 1 hour 45 minutes waiting for food. 4 different couriers turn up each one be rejected. Instead of wasting not just my time but couriers times why don’t you turn the mc Donald’s app OFF IF YOUR CLOSED. You only decided to cancel my order after a phone call. So thanks at 11.30pm I now have to try and order from somewhere else.

TERRIBLE. Absolutely terrible. The last four times we’ve visited this McDonald’s we’ve gone through the drive through, only to be told to park up, wait 20 minutes, and then either never receive the order we paid for (they don’t give receipts, so you have to show the notification from your bank on your phone even then they say you ordered what you were given). Either you get no food at all, or you get your order (at least 20 minutes late, our longest wait has been 55 minutes) but items are ALWAYS missing, and all of the food is either burned or stone cold. And to top it all off, if you leave your parked car and go inside to ask for a refund or replacement or your ACTUAL order they refuse. DO...

Our order took over 25 minutes to arrive, when it did he apologised for the delay and dumped the tray on the table and left. Immediately found the chips were stone cold and the burgers were overcooked and cold. Went to counter and was ignored by a number of members of staff who didn’t look very busy. Finally got the attention of one who appeared in charge and explained. He said he would sort it, without apology, and got a fresh hot order arranged. He gave me the new order but missed one burger and the sauces so had to keep waiting. Finally got the food and ate. Watched staff chatting with other customers their friends, like it was a social activity. One was stood in front of the counter chat... Voir le carte
