Lovely venue and had a lovely breakfast and friendly staff too

Really enjoyed our meal here in the evening and also breakfast the next day. the staff were thoughtful and kind!

There for afternoon tea, service and staff very good, not all my party enjoyed the sandwiches but really had a nice time, had a spa after which was great x Voir le carte

Had a very nice evening meal at this restaurant . The meal its self was very good and the service was first class .The staff were efficient and made us feel welcome . The surroundings were pleasant with a lovely view over the grounds .

Used a Groupon voucher for afternoon tea , We were shown to our table by a friendly and helpful member of staff . We had a pot of tea and a reasonable selection of sandwiches and cakes ,the sausage rolls were superb . Reasonable value for money

First, I'm a vegan, I asked if there was anything I could eat, I got told yes. I got served two stale pieces of bread with dry salad in it, with a side if dry salad with HONEY and mustard dressing. I asked for humous, thinking that would be nice, but it was full or raw garlic. Voir le carte

This was a disgrace what they served on Christmas day £70 per adult and £25 for a child.Dinner was 2 small baby potatoes 5 sprouts 2 round turkey slices 1round stuffing slice little carrot and little gravy. How can they justify this. On reply to email I sent I was told if I had said on the day I would have been given more veg. roast potatoes mashed potatoes etc were not served I would advise people not to waste their money. Won't be back again.

I attended a Christmas party night here on Saturday night. There were eight ladies in our party. We were placed in the conservatory which was beautiful. However the three course meal was a big disappointment. We paid £40 for the party and meal and it was definitely not worth that. A small slice of fanned melon, under cooked Brussels sprouts with a slice of cold turkey..... Doesn't really cut it. My colleagues politely pointed this out and were ignored by the waiting staff. The DJ was grumpy and would not take requests, however her music was good. Photo booth was a great addition to the night, great fun.

Had a nice stay at this hotel. Was surprised that room does not get serviced every day due to COVID. There was a note in room to tell us that but we didn’t read it, so it was a surprise when we returned after day out. People should be informed at checkin. Staff work hard and are very friendly. Food in restaurant was delicious. Breakfast food let’s the place down. I would not have thought it would be allowed to share serving spoons that everyone else had touched in the COVID regulations. I don’t like buffet breakfasts and prefer it to be freshly made to order. Black pudding was not cooked and eggs were lying getting hard.
