Fresh pasta, cooked by Marco, in front of you. Large and tastefully portions. For drink; wine, beer, water, cola. Fast service, take-away possible. Lookin for easy eat, recommend.

This was not the cheapest place to get a pizza, but it was the best that we had in Switzerland (and we ate a lot of pizza). The crust was amazing. We enjoyed dining outside enjoying the view of the lake. Voir le carte

Eight of us took the Gray line Heidiland and Liechenstein Tour from Zurich. When we arrived in Rapperswill they had a parent/child race going on and it was pouring rain. The restaurant we were advised to go by our tour guide was packed. We looked around town and found Marco's. We decided to have hot minestrone soup and wine. Good decision as we were able to warm up and get dry. We sat at the bar and were able to watch the chef preparing the pasta dishes. We enjoyed talking to some of the locals that were also in the restaurant enjoying a meal. I did not realize at the time that this would be just about the highlight of the tour.

My boyfriend and I stumbled upon Marcos last Sunday night and were so pleasantly surprised. Marco himself was there, and shared with us the history of his restaurant and then made an off-the-menu dinner for us that was wonderful. We started with sautéed spinach with almonds and raisins in a garlicy broth, with warm wonderful bread. I was then treated to a mascarpone and tomato sauce linguine with shrimp while my boyfriend had mascarpone and tomato rigatoni with pepperoni, olives, and fresh-sliced prosciutto. Everything was prepared right in front of us. Highly recommend stopping by if you are in the mood for some delicious food in a welcoming and warm environment. Voir le carte
