"I often visit Manillas and last night I had the pleasure of attending their Mediterranean Tapas night. The food was fresh and every dish (13 in total) was delicious. The atmosphere was lively yet intimate, and the service was friendly and well-paced. I am very picky when it comes to dining out and I usually don't leave reviews unless everything was superb, but the whole team at Manillas exceeded my expectations. I have already booked in for next week's Mexican night and I can't wait. It's so nice to have themed evenings during the darker months. Well done to everyone at Manillas!"

I recently visited this restaurant again and the food was absolutely fantastic. The staff were excellent as always, with great local knowledge. I highly recommend anyone to visit here. - Jason

This café is fantastic for breakfast and coffee, but they really impressed me with their Greek theme night. The food was amazing, the service was excellent, and the twinkling fairy lights created a lovely atmosphere. They definitely need to host more theme nights like this!

My daughter and I had an excellent lunch at Manillas, fabulous salad (not just a few leaves and half a cherry tomato), beautiful warm homemade quiche. Service was excellent and we bought some delicious cakes to take home for tea. Would highly recommend and will definitely be revisiting..

We eat at Manillas quite often and the food is always interesting, well cooked and tasty. We were excited to try an evening out at their Mediterranean Tapas Night and it didn’t disappoint. So much delicious food which just kept on coming! We had such a great night and will definitely be back for another themed evening.

Staff were superb, very friendly and chatty and made you feel welcomed! Service was quick, drinks were lovely. The cake selection is fantastic lots of variety, all very tempting to say the least! We chose the choc fudge cake and rocky road and they were divine! Very rich in flavour and super tasty. Would definitely recommend!

Stopped for a coffee and a filled roll whilst out walking the dog. The idea was just to grab an go you can sit outside with the dg, but not inside). However we did actually sit for a few mins and it was worth taking some time out. Coffee was quality and the filled chicken roll made was freh and delicious. Real treat, will be there again.

My second visit here and it’s definitely going to become one of my regulars. After a walk along the cycle path at Neyland such a great place to stop for coffee and homemade cakes. People are lovely and the cafe is very warm and welcoming. The cakes are the best in Pembrokeshire lol, sumptuous Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great place to eat

Lovely location and nice atmosphere. We chose from the Specials board and had the Chicken and Brie rustic roll, which was served with a pickle noodle salad. The roll was massive and the salad unusual (not sure I’d choose this again) . The chicken was large chunks which was a little difficult in a roll. Cappuccino was just right. 4 stars because there is only one choice of roll (Rustic white) and you haven’t an indoor dog friendly area.

Popped in after a walk, we didn't want anything too big, so decided on a tea cake teas. The staff were so rude, I asked if we could have a little dish of jam on the side as opposed to spread on the teacakes, you would have thought I had asked for them to cook me a 3 course Christmas meal, the look of disgust on her face, at this simple request was unbelievable. We all live locally and often do that Neyland walk, but we will never go to this cafe again.

"And lucky old us wow! This was a great surprise, we had no idea we were coming into something so unusual and so good. The garden space is very big and on the lawn, amongst the flowers, herbs and vegetable beds sit tables and chairs, mainly made of roughly hewn wood, plus tenty sheddy structures with heaters, teepee looking things and probably other structures I didn't take in.We were there when it was dark and there were strings of lights throughout the garden and it was all stunning and rather difficult to take in!The service was occasionally scatty but always well meaning and pleasant and mostly very professional and rightly proud of what they do, the place and the food they serve. The food! We were so thrilled with the food after some not very good experiences locally and, as others have said, we wished we'd found it earlier and been able to book another night.I had the pork belly which must have been cooking for hours, apart from the rind (not exactly crackling but still crispy and wonderful) I could cut the meat with my fork love to know how to achieve it. No taste had been lost in the cooking process and the fat was there but was kind of crumbly so it was gorgeous. And it came with great slices of home pickled carrot and fennel which was just delicious with a hint of sweetness and a hint of spice. And a puree which I believe was cauliflower. And don't forget the delicious little black pudding rissole that comes with it.As you can see, I could go on and on! My partner loved his succulent lamb, which was served with the same vegetables. Oh, and we had side dishes of seasonal greens and roasted beetroot and goats cheese these were also yummy and well flavoured, side dish didn't mean unimportant.Sadly, we didn't have dessert, what can I say, bet they're ace. This is far too long, do visit if you can it's a real treat with great cooking and lovely people."
