Curried goat was amazing, as was the jerk chicken! Mama Flo was so lovely and hilarious to chat to. Easy to park around side streets to the left of the shop.

Love this place so much, the food is amazing and mamma flo always puts a smile on my face, she is so happy all the time and you can feel it makes me feel happy whenever I go here

Spot on Carribbean food, really friendly staff happy to advise, Jerk chicken is some of the best I have had, Goat curry is fantastic and the pepper steak is well worth a try Dumplings and patties are also very good. Seating is limited but a great take away. Voir le carte

I've been craving for rice peas and chicken. I drove from Mac 20 minutes at the max. the shop and great vibes . Shop was very clean and updated I ordered rice peas aeand chicken. Spot on full of flavours. It was truly a Caribbean experience and I will be back again. Pleasant to see a nice fruit bowl and sweet which were free for the kids.

I heard about this place from a friend so made the trip from Bolton. Arrived a little early before opening time. Mama Flo was more than happy to let me in. The food was delicious and warm. Curried goat fell off the bone ample gravy and divine dumplings !!!! Thank you Mama Flo … it was so good I took a portion back for my mama! Who loved it btw! Try it … it doesn’t disappoint

Best Caribbean food I've had in a long time, I craved it when pregnant with my son 21 yrs ago bk then I went earls in Openshaw. Mama Flo's is on parr with Earls best I've ever had. I've are at a lot of Caribbean food it's our favorite type of food to eat. Plus service and atmosphere is on point down to earth and polite friendly happy. Is a little dearer than other places but u get what you pay for. Quality food and service worth every penny. Voir le carte
