Things went badly from the outset and no food course was satisfactory. I felt sorry for the front of house staff trying to cope with the problems, they did their best.

Luigis didn't receive my booking through open table and I was the second one that might. But Neil the manager was very helpful and got a table put together and couldn't be more helpful x

My family (two adults and three children) wanted to have a meal out that everyone would enjoy. Luigi's had a menu that had something for everyone. The service was very good and the food was excellent. no complaints from anyone, everyone enjoyed it. Voir le carte

Extremely frustrating experience. We made a reservation at this restaurant through the Open Table website, received a confirmation, only to discover shortly before our reservation that they were actually closed on the evening we planned to dine. They really need to improve their organization.

Very very poor experience. Service was shambolic and the Restaurant Manager seemed less capable than the competent young girl working behind the bar. Food was poor quality and not hot and despite repeatedly asking for missing drinks, missing side orders, the bill, my coat .... the service just didn’t improve and the staff were aimlessly chasing their tails. Bitterly disappointed!
