This is a great Chinese takeaway. I had a beef Curry and fried rice and it was absolutley georgeous., i am now a regular at this takeaway and it is without a doubt the best Chinese Takaway around...defo recommend . Voir le carte

I was disappointed with my dining experience at this restaurant. The food was not appetizing, so I ended up getting something else for dinner instead. The only good thing was the prawn crackers, which my dog enjoyed.

Found photos of menu on internet. Out of date £20 meal for 2 was £27. Not told that during telephone order. Presumably also out of date as duck, cashew nuts and pineapple had NO pineapple again not pointed out when I ordered it, and no warning of the chilli in the sauce not even 1 chilli icon. Left most of it. Wouldn't go there again.

We were hesitant to order because of some strange reviews, but we decided to give it a try since we had ordered before during our last stay in Brampton. We were so glad we did! The food was delicious. We ordered prawn noodles, chicken curry, sweet and sour chicken, rice, chips, spring rolls, prawn toast, ribs, gravy, shredded chicken, and everyone was happy. My name is Pete Fyfe, originally from Dunblane but now living in Brampton. I ordered food again today, as I do every week, and it was fantastic - hot and fresh as always. I had egg fried rice with chili, deep-fried king prawns, and beef and onion with black bean sauce, which was delicious. The lady who usually serves customers is very polite, as are all the staff. They are always pleasant and happy to talk. Thank you Lucky House for the great food, service, and wonderful staff.

We weren't sure about coming here, given some recent reviews but we needn't have worried. We ordered 3 dishes duck in plum sauce, chicken and vegetables, vegetables in black bean sauce with boiled rice. Prices were reasonable and the young woman who served us was friendly and competent knew exactly what was gluten free. The food came quickly, less than 10 minutes, and was just what we hoped for: nothing fancy, just good wholesome Chinese cooking with good, tender meat. Good sized portions we don't have huge appetites, so we'll get a second meal out of the leftovers! We'll certainly be back before long.

How upsetting.....then again, had my doubts. We ordered a Chinese take away, not for the first time, from Lucky House. Allow me walk you through my experience. The last time we ordered some food and when I got home I was shocked. I did wonder if MSG was used and was nearly sure that it was, this time it was confirmed. I ordered ' 'chicken in satay sauce ' ' .. what do you expect? A thick, nutty, tasty sauce.... Alas! Once again sweet and sour sauce...with the complete lack of peanuts : I was upset, but not surprised. Allow me to explain. About a year ago we got our first take out from LH.
