"This restaurant should be easy to find- its on VIa Maestranza and is diagonally opposite the Max Mara shop. The frontage appears a little like an antique shop, but once inside there is a warm welcome from the owners Letizia and her husband. We had...lots of explanation about the menu from Letizia and opted for seafood, although she described a wonderful degustation of seafood, that we were not hungry enough to attempt it, but it sounded fabulous. We had delightful alici marninato which looked beautiful and tasted even better. My partner had the seafood raviloi with fish on top and he was most impressed, my pasta was another alici dish and it too was sumptuous. We managed to find room for a cannolo each and that too was perfect. So all up and wonderful seafood meal with lovely people serving us. This place deserves to do well on this great food and service experience. Wines were local and by glass or bottle and everything was very reasonably priced, we wished we had found this spot earlier in our week in Ortigia.....next year more visits."

We stumbled across this place while on holiday. They were so welcoming and patient as I do not speak Italian but my girlfriend does. The food was great by their recommendation. They both come and talked to us and it felt like we were in...their home. Great authentic Italian experience. Would definitely go back there again . Highly recommended. Chris IRELAND

After waiting at another restaurant for service we decided to leave. How lucky were we as we found this fantastic restaurant. It is located just off the square and the front is quite small and could be easily missed. As we entered we were warmly...welcomed by Tiziana and Alberto the owners. A good rose wine was ordered and we left the menu to Tiziana. She served us a degustation of fish. (Thank heaven it was lunch).
