"we had a family celebration for 16 people (children adult) in the private upper room. the room and the table were nicely set in under-duzed color scheme on spring romantic wise. the freshly picked meadow flowers placed on the table added to the charm of the place. the food was served quickly and it was really nice. we had a lot of dressed and gloomy and both the children and the adults enjoyed their menu choices. the staff was friendly, attentive and efficient - everything went smoothly and as planned and expected. a very beautiful experience. highly recommended."

Superb. I'm fussy and this place did not disappoint. The Buddha Bowl was an inspiration! Lovely service too. Only downside was annoying people on next table who kept staring at us!

We hosted an afternoon tea for my daughter's first birthday in the private room and had a fantastic experience. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. Would highly recommend!

We had a 1st birthday party here, and it was highly enjoyable. We had some balloons as decorations but the room was already very pretty. The afternoon tea was very tasty and it was good price for the number of people we had. Service was great, our staff was extremely helpful and patient, all in good spirit.

The café is charming and the staff greeted us warmly. Although it was bustling during a weekday lunch hour, we were seated promptly as it was not at full capacity. I ordered the fish finger sandwich with fries and unfortunately found the quality to be lacking. The sandwich was made with inexpensive white bread, cheap fish fingers, and iceberg lettuce. Priced at £9.50, I felt it was poor value for money and did not taste particularly good.

It seems like the restaurant had an off day, as we were really disappointed with the food. We have visited a few times in the past and it has been good, but this time was not up to par. The fish finger sandwiches were filled with a tartar sauce that was overwhelming with garlic, leaving me feeling unwell. The chips also had a strong smell and taste of old oil. The waitresses appeared overwhelmed and stressed, so we didn't feel comfortable expressing our concerns to them.
