"We were not looked after at all, we had to ask for everything (order to be taken, drinks, water, bill every step of the way… . They took our order and 15 minutes later came back to retake our order with the waiter confirming the order hadn’t been put through, we had children with us too which caused more stress to the experience. I went to the bar to ask for water and the waiter handed me a jug over the bar for me to take back to the table! Really disappointing considering we go to Bills quite often in Farnham and has put us off."

Unfortunately parents allow their children to make as much noise as they like without moderating and think of other diners. To me dog friendly is not compatible with hygiene and food service. I will not be using Bills again

Unfortunately the food was not fresh nor did it taste fresh. 1st time visitors for my mums birthday and the burger she ordered the bun was very hard as if it been reheated in the microwave. This my 2nd visit and I'm still dissapointed with the food.
