L'Estaminet - Menu

Un beau restaurant niché dans un petit village du sud du Mâconais. Accueil sympathique, carte excellente à des prix raisonnables. Carte des vins de qualité et complète. Une salle à manger élégante avec une petite terrasse pour les soirées d'été. La cuisine régionale française ne peut pas faire mieux.

Ce restaurant traditionnel propose uniquement un menu (pas à la carte) avec une grande variété de plats locaux. Le chef de cuisine vient du nord de la France, ce qui se reflète dans certaines recettes. La carte des vins est impressionnante. Il est généralement complet pour le dîner, mais le déjeuner est beaucoup plus calme. Service efficace. Pas d'options végétariennes.

Greeted courteously and efficiently. Excellent choice of pre dinner drinks. Good well chosen menu presented by hard working and diligent chef. Everyone in the party of seven enjoyed their choices and the wines chosen were modestly priced and very good value. The dining room is...elegantly furnished and has a relaxed feel to it. I thoroughly recommend this restaurant, as it provides all the ingredients for a great dining experience

This hotel/restaurant is one of the bargains of the year for us. The food is beautifully prepared and presented and its reasonable price does not imply any reduction in quality. You could pay much more for inferior cuisine. It is not the easiest place to...find but if you take the road out to St Cecile the hotel is in the next village,Mazille. The bedroom was fine and the bed was very comfortable. Jeremie makes jam and this can be purchased in the restaurant- and very good it is. Breakfast starts with freshly squeezed orange juice.

Nous sommes allés plusieurs fois dans ce restaurant mais c'est ma première critique. C'est un acte de classe. Et cela s'est beaucoup amélioré depuis son ouverture il y a quelques années. Cédrik et Jérémy forment une super équipe, la petite cuisine est super efficace, la cave à vin... doit être une des plus grandes de la Bourgogne du sud (il y a plus de 100 vins différents répertoriés et la nourriture et le choix des plats au menu euro exquis et toujours bien présenté. Un service joyeux et une cuisine et un vin de qualité supérieure forment une excellente combinaison.

It is an indication of the high regard that we hold this restaurant that we have eaten here three times in the past three months. Cedric continues to cook and run the restaurant with great skill and flair. Last night was another triumph. The moules...gratin were delicious and the Charolais steak was melt-in-the-mouth exquisite, beautifully done comme il faut! Our desserts of crême brulée and chocolate mousse with fresh peaches were to die for! All washed down with a magnificent Côte de Baune premier cru. J'ai récemment écrit une critique que je viens de remarquer était pour l'hôtel, mais pour le restaurant, mes excuses. Nous étions un groupe familial de trois générations et avons trouvé ce restaurant dans un petit hôtel du village tranquille de Mazille très agréable. Il semblait y avoir deux propriétaires masculins, l'un en salle et l'autre en cuisine. La salle est décorée avec beaucoup de goût dans un style traditionnel. C'était raisonnablement fréquenté pour un vendredi midi entre Noël et le Nouvel An. Les adultes ont opté pour le menu trois plats qui était une affaire. It's been a few years since I've given my thoughts on L'Estaminet. Time for an update, after our lunch there today, July On the management side, there have been a few changes. Cedrick is still the chef, and a presence in the dining...room, but fresh faces are dealing with service. We were introduced today to Nicolas, who did a great job. we discovered this little facility in juli for night on our tour to cluny and absolutely loved it so much that we again for night in september and another night in oktober. the accommodation is of a good...standard, with comfortable well-furnished rooms upstairs. the restaurant is excellent, served good quality, fresh and appetizing food, locally produced. it is very popular with local and regular parachutes from other areas. the steak is super boiled and a good part. a large pot with fresh mushes is on order for lunch in certain days of the week. broth rolls and terrace series are baked on the spatial areas. the wine list is extensive and very well selected for the war basket. excellent sel...
