"We have been meaning to go here for sometime now, after seeing all the positive reviews online. We went on Saturday at 12:30 and had a table booked, which turns out was a smart move! Even with outside seating people were turned away because the place was full! I had a special jerk chicken burger and the misses a saltbeef bap thing, plus we split a side of prawn battered pork belly. The food was great and the service friendly but not overly familiar. For the food you get (freshly prepared) the price is more than fair. Pros Good food Good price nice staff independent local business Cons small establishment (not an issue if you book like we did)"

Loads of delicious vegetarian and vegan choices. Love being able to get tempeh outside of Indonesia There is something for everyone here, and the staff are all so friendly and welcoming

Their sunday roasts are just like your nans 11/10 totally banging, unless you were very unlucky and yours didn't know how to cook haha. The staff here are also very nice, helpful and really polite too. Definitely the best place in town to eat. Thank you.

Absolutely love this place Took my mum here a couple of years ago as a Mother's Day treat and it's the place she heads for every time she visits Southend now Went with mum and the kids yesterday and we were all more than happy, my daughter is veggie and there was plenty of choice for her. Lovely staff, good prices, just wish it was bigger so I could take more people!
