We were not disappointed at all! The crispy lamb starter from the special menu was absolutely delicious. We wished we could stay longer to explore the entire menu. Fiona and Lloyd provided a warm welcome and offered friendly suggestions for places to visit during our short stay. We highly recommend this restaurant!

we had the most amazing meal here, I do not think that our taste buds were ever as privileged as they were at night. the taste of the risotto was absolutely out of this world, and the scallops and chicken were also delicious. beautiful fiona and fabulous chef lloyd made our evening perfect, they are such warm and friendly owners and hostess. a very special place for a really first class meal. Having dined at many restaurants around the world, we can confidently say that Le Tour Du Monde offered one of the most intimate experiences we've had with the owners. They were incredibly warm, welcoming, and friendly—it felt like visiting family. The food was also outstanding, which elevated the experience even more. Each dish was delicious, but the scallops were a standout! The presentation was beautiful, and the flavors were excellent, perfectly spiced and balanced, all served in generous portions. Anyone visiting the Isle of Wight should definitely make the trip to Ventnor just to dine at Le Tour Du Monde! Their wine selection is also intriguing, showcasing thoughtful choices.

Easily the Best restaurant in Ventnor. From start to finish the service was impeccable, from front of house Fiona, to our server Matt (who never stopped smiling all service). Not to mention the fantastically talented chef, Lloyd. We had mussels and a risotto to start which were both fabulously flavoursome. We both chose the beef cheeks as a main which were beyond perfection, you literally could inhale them they were so tender. We made booking for 6pm. Restaurant contacted us to change booking to 6:45pm. We asked if we can come at 6:50 and they said that we have to come at 6:45pm and we cannot be late…we arrived at 6:45pm as requested and waited over 15 minutes to be served. So we had to be on time and they just made us wait. Other than being pedantic over the timing it was the good night and the food was amazing. Unbelievable, unbelievable! We were beyond thrilled to get a spot at Le Tour du Monde for our last night of vacation after a cancellation. I spoke with Fiona on Facebook, which made me so happy. She filled me in on all their current vegan-friendly options, which I greatly appreciated.
