Paige the waitress was very welcoming the food was all as expected. Simple hearty breakfast. Should have ordered the mega breakfast! I will next time. Tks.

Just had fish and chips for 4 with curry sauce!. Honestly the best. Well cooked and large portions. Staff are very friendly. 9ne of the best take aways on the island. Highly recommended

If you want a good Fish and Chips in Ventor, this is the place to go. Got five portions for the fam today with some quality mushy peas to go with them. Really good cod. Chips cooked well. Would defo go again Voir le carte

we came here when our first choice of the place was closed early. How happy! I thought we would try our luck here and were rewarded with no steaming over our great order, smiling and freshly cooked fish and chips. we got a summer so we could wait on the beach. Nice.

I came to a break from the work to the degasser and had the most beautiful ice from which the selection was huge. I was greeted by two beautiful waiters who could no longer do for me, they were very enthusiastic and hit many places. for me to explore on the island. will definitely come back and would recommend! A small place and yet very clearly defined to comply with the Covid rules. The lovely young ladies were brilliant at ensuring everyone understood and followed the guidelines. The were very welcoming and helpful. We only needed a light snack so shared a lunch which...was super, fresh tasty. Definitely recommended.

Having read all the good reviews, we set off across the island to feed my hungry family, really looking forward to our fish and chips. We parked up and I ran down the road, relieved to arrive at 6.50pm knowing they closed at 7pm. Only,...on my arrival I was told they'd decided to switch the fryers off early and received a very disengenious apology. So they lost out on a lot of business (family of 7) and got this review instead.

After we read reviews, we thought this was the place for fish and chips. it's not. the warning signs were there – you could not even see the friteer or the fish and chip counter. essentially this is a caffe with cafe-style eating - not right. fish and chips. we ordered fish and chips x2 and sat on a bank to look over the sea, in the ground eating over boiled broken fish - clearly not caught locally and of chips deep fat broken- non-traditional chips. very disappointing lunch with a view of the sea.
