delicious fresh food- we opted for the 22 euro menu- i had the scallop and prawn risotto- still dreaming about it

Excellent set menu for lunch, good choice and food. Service friendly and helpful. Although it is situated on the main road to the beach it has a relaxed feel.

Enjoyed the moules starter - saw the fresh mussels delivered that morning - good steak for a 13 euro plat du jour - a good location for watching the world go by

I had a seafood platter and my husband had steak. They were both absolutely lovely. The food was beautifully presented and tasted good. A massive improvement to when we went two years ago. Would highly recommend this restaurant but suggest you book as they get really busy.

Voilà 3 ans pour les deux déjeuners, et jamais déçu ; pour une nourriture de qualité et un service de gens qui semblent vraiment heureux de votre visite, vous ne trouverez pas mieux dans cette rue. Les prix sont parfaits pour ce que vous obtenez ; une nourriture de haute qualité fraîchement préparée et servie avec au moins un sourire et un merci à la fin.

We are here on the €17 menu (3 courses). Choices were really good. Crab lasagne starter fantastic, fish of the day very tasty with unusual sides. We had the kids menu of€8 too which included an option of fish of the day which was really nice to see instead of the usual kids offerings. The rose at €18 was probably the best I've had in a restaurant in France this summer. Would really recommend this restaurant for excellent food, prompt service and great value.

We came last year and loved this place. However, this time, the risotto was like rice pudding, tagliatelle was so over cooked it just fell apart, tuna steak was requested medium/well done and barely saw a hot plate. Fancy plates cannot make up for basic errors. We even gave them the benefit of the doubt and went again! This time the food was improved, but one of the four courses came a full 30 minutes before the other three! The staff are nice and the service is friendly, but not worth queuing out of the door for, sadly

Nous sommes venus l'année dernière et avons adoré cet endroit. Cependant, cette fois, le risotto ressemblait à du riz au lait, les tagliatelles étaient tellement cuites qu'elles s'effondraient, le steak de thon était demandé moyen/bien cuit et voyait à peine une assiette chaude. Les assiettes fantaisie ne peuvent pas compenser les erreurs de base. Nous leur avons même accordé le bénéfice du doute et y sommes retournés ! Cette fois, la nourriture a été améliorée, mais l'un des quatre plats est arrivé 30 minutes avant les trois autres ! Le personnel est gentil et le service est sympathique, mais cela ne vaut malheureusement pas la peine de faire la queue devant la porte.

Sunday lunch on a bank holiday. Obviously busy and only 4 seat tables outside so we had to sit inside, shame, it's a beautiful day. The lone waitress is stretched but has great English and is very polite and helpful with an easy smile. Lunch menu at €13 is pretty good for three courses, wines are well priced but coffee is extra unless you give up the desert. It took a while to get served but the delivery was good and the food well presented with good sides. Fish soup could have been hotter but was tasty although didn't have bread served with it. Calamari was good. Mains were fine although some at other tables looked huge. Dessert was very good and overall the restaurant is good value for mon...
