We had a great meal. Most of the burgers were gluten free and they also had the option of gluten free baps or a salad. Plus the fries are cooked in a separate fryer. Also amazing sticky toffee pudding!!

The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They were willing to accommodate any requests without any hesitation. The restaurant offers gluten-free options and has a dedicated fryer. The burgers were delicious and packed with flavor.

How the best has fallen. From the best cafe in Keswick, under the old management to easily the worst in a few months. Gone are the china crockery, the excellent coffee, the amazing home made cakes and excellent lunches. In has come disposable cups and pre wrapped food. What a disgrace. Awful. Voir le carte

Fellpack, also known as Fellpack, offers a fantastic variety of menu options, including desserts. As someone with food sensitivities, I was pleased to find that I had no issues. I ordered the mushroom fritter and cheesecake, both of which were delicious. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

The staff at the restaurant were very knowledgeable about accommodating gluten allergies. The burger bun looked different from my partner's (who had a regular bun), making it easy to distinguish. I will say the food was not exceptional. It wasn't bad, but it was definitely overpriced. However, considering it is a popular tourist spot, it's understandable.

Shambles! We ordered a milk shake and panini. The milk shake was warm and expensive for what you got, and the panini was inedible… not to mention the attitude of one of the staff members behind the counter was shocking! Dirty tables outside along with an overflowing bin onto Keswick Main Street! Laura where are you? The cafe NEEDS you back! Such a shame is it use to be my all time favourite cafe in Keswick! We visited the restaurant over the weekend and a large group was placing their orders. We were informed that there might be a 10-minute wait, to which we were okay with. The waitress appeared to be in a bad mood and we overheard her complaining to a coworker about how busy it was. We have dined at this restaurant many times before. We ordered four breakfasts since they were unable to accommodate my daughter's request for beans on toast. The portion sizes were lacking and the bill came out to just under £50, which was a bit pricey considering the portion sizes.

Visited here on the 24th September 2022. The cafe has now been sold and is now moshing more than a takeaway with a few outside tables to eat your carryout at. We were very disappointed as have used gjis place many times before and have sways been pleased with the food, staff, service etc. The food on offer was all prepacked, the pannini's we order turned out to be baguettes microwaved in the bags grey were packed in, drinks all came in carry out cups. Definitely no longer a cafe. Hate to say it but think the food would have been better at Gregs. Loved this place before but will not be rushing back.

First time visit. It was not the Laura in the Lakes I was thinking of, later I found out it has changed hands. Very disappointing. The cafe smelled of cooking fat. Very average if that, compared to other cafes in Keswick. The waitress waited at the till at the side waiting for our order which was off putting. I ordered a panini tuna melt with nachos, my partner a breakfast bun which he enjoyed. My order arrived as a baguette not a panini swimming in greasy melted cheddar cheese, I had to dig out the tuna, with spicy nachos, a strange combination. Not very appealing to the eye. The coffee was fine. The food was edible. The service was nice. Wouldn't go back unfortunately. Voir le carte
