Have not used this place for years but remembering how good it was we ordered from here this evening and i have to say that i won't be ordering from here again...2 hours for order to get here, missing items, food quality was unacceptable and it was cold

This is one of the most friendliest places with the most tasty food I’ve ever had. The lamb korma is amazing, creamy, fresh ! Just yes! We always get it with the garlic nan. Love this place so much, don’t understand any bad reviews as this place is so perfect.

Waited over an hour to receive wrong order then had to wait again then forgot some of the order had to wait again over an hour 40 minutes and the food cold disgusting and 3 half potatoes for a Bombay potatoes meal. Very small portions for £22 absolute disgrace never again will I shoo here again

I moved back to gateshead in December and was hunting after a decent Indian after I had tried at least 5 and was disappointed that I almost gave up until I came by. I have ordered immediately that the same weekend with there online site that is extremely easy to navigate and they can preorder. eating came hot and full of taste, the quality of the chicken is excellent and there were loads of him in the curry that was seasoned to perfection. I order the following weekend, which tried various dishes and was equally impressed. I found my new Indian take now!

Ordered vegetable madras garlic pilau. I only put half of each on my plate and covered the cartons for later The curry tasted bland, totally tasteless with what looked like frozen veg The colour didn't even look right. The rice did not taste of garlic in fact that was bland too. I left what was on my plate and had no intention on going back to what was in my cartons later, so my husband rang up only to be told that they've had no other complaints that he'd tasted it in the kitchen and it was fine. More or less calling me a liar. I didn't get an apology I was just talked over constantly and insulted. Will not be going there again. Absolutely disgusting food and disgustingly rude staff.

Ordered a takeaway to be delivered took over an hour and half. Driver was given the wrong address by the restaurant.Food wasn’t very hot when it arrived, then I realised one of the main meals was missing. I rang and rang for over an hour and no answer.Got through couple of days later complained and said I could collect the money. It’s out of the way I asked hem to drop it off. He said would speak to the manager and 2 weeks later still not had anything. He didn’t want me to complain and offered a credit towards our next meal.
