"Perfect through the bank. From the nice service staff, where everyone was friendly, both for us and for our dog. He was delivered mainly from water to several treats, which is rare today in Germany. Even the food has earned 5 stars. Steaks like in the USA. Really the same quality and perfect the even level hit. "We stayed for 1 place in a beautiful Comfort DZ with balcony with good views. Unfortunately, the reception by the boss in the well-stocked restaurant was not optimal because there was no separate reception. As we arrived a few minutes before the check-in period, she saw unfriendly and unstoppable on her wristwatch. Statements on sensitive guest data are not appropriate there before other guests. We didn't feel welcome! Unfortunately, our desired quiet DZ was just above the kitchen, so we were significantly disturbed by kitchen noise from morning 6:30 to evening 22:00. The hotel is very brightly sound due to old concrete construction. Breakfast was clear, unfortunately there were only small baking rolls and only one, mostly already cut bread. It was rarely relied on demand. A 20-person sportsman group, who literally stormed everything in the small breakfast room in the morning, had already emptied everything. In addition, we often had to seek dishes and cutlery, as the tables were not covered. Our coffee and tea station in the room was only filled once, but for days there was a dirty cleaning cloth in our bathroom, which we then removed ourselves. Also our room was not cleaned on the penultimate day. On the question of the boss at our departure, whether everything was okay, we could only answer with yes, as a clearing conversation was again not appropriate to guests at the restaurant. We don't want any excuses and glaring explanations. There is no such thing in a well-run hotel as a result of the presence of running sports groups. We are looking forward to the upcoming justification."

"We, a family of 3 with an 8-year-old, ate here a couple weeks ago and were not disappointed. My husband was happiest, because the crust was thin and very crispy. Me, I was happy with the flavor of my pizza margherita, but coming from Philly,...I like to fold my slice of pie and let the grease run off. This wasn't that kind of pie. My daughter liked both my margherita and my husband's diavolo. He said it wouldn't be spicy to Americans, but it was a little spicy in the German sense."

"Dette lidt oversete sted i Inzell er virkeligt et besøg værd ..der er taget højde for såvel gluten som laktose intolerence ..vi fik den skønneste Gordon bleu og det er dejligt at få at vide at det vil vare 20 min for så at høre kokken banke kødet til retten så mere frisk lavet findes hvis ikke ..betjeningen var så rar og høflig en ung mand som hørte til os med mellemrum om alt var godt ...vi kan kun svare at hele aftenen var perfekt ...Så lad jer ikke snyde af det beskedne udseende udefra ...træd endelig ind ...dette er en overset perle .."

"After a long hike and with an empty stomach I bought the Cheeseburger and the BBQ Bacon Burger. I noticed that the Lord prepared the burgers from the cashier without hygiene. The hands that just cashed my money are those who also prepare the burger. The burgers themselves were good until they came out 3 hours later as diarrhea. Since I haven't eaten anything before 8h, because of bad hygiene measures, I'm strong from pollution. Never again will I order here."
