"Food drinks: Vor einigen Tagen war ich zum vorbestellten Gänseessen(halbe Gans). Wir waren pünktlich im Lokal, dass sich allmählich füllte. Der Gastraum war allerdings sehr kalt bei Aussentemperatur lediglich +1 Grad. Leider mußten wir in dieser ungemütlichen, ungastlichen Athmosphäre ca. 40 Minuten auf unsere Speisen warten. Die halbe Gans entpuppte sich als gerupftes Hühnchen mit einem max. Fleisch bzw. Bratenanteil von 500 600g, , die Keulen waren ohne Rückenstück ,folgerichtig von der Servicekraft als Gänschen bezeichnet. Bei einer durchschnittlichen Gans der Gewichtsklasse 4 5kg, hatte ich wenigstens einen Fleischanteil von ca. 1000g erwartet. Als Beilage wurden zwei Klöße in maximal Golfballgröße, vier Kroketten, ein Schälchen Grünkohl und ein Schälchen Rotkohl, der kalt war, sowie ein Mini Schälchen Preiselbeeren und Apfelmus gereicht. Die Beilagen konnten nachbestellt werden. Für dieses Essen oder besser gesagt diese Vorspeisen wurden stolze 70,00 Euro also Einhundertvierzig Deutsche Mark aufgerufen. Ich kann mich nicht erinnern, in letzter Zeit so mangelhaft in Menge und Qualität gespeist zu haben. Hier stimmt in keinster Weise das Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Service: 3 Location: 1"

helmut curemann and his followers gave this farm their original character of a farm. Worth note are the local products from the farm from the curly man's farm community of the brother of helmut curemann prepared in the farm.Also the wild dishes and vegetarian dishes are recommended

every year again a highlight. Our gans are full of curling. tasty of the gans like breast or gule. an excellent sauce and tasteful supplements, all of which have to do with cauliflower (red or green as well as rose cabbage). it has been a bit louder by us, and the services are also not on the mouth, but we like that. hearty German kitchen. I am more than enthusiastic about eating. my eating steak and fish was really very good, and if I look at the other tables and the commentary listen about eating you can really only give all the stars here. the meat comes, I hope that I will regain it properly, from the surrounding forests and is really excellent. please keep doing this!

I've known the hospitable man for years. we have had small and large family celebrations there, found ourselves together in the big friend circle, or have just been eating so on Sundays.Mostly there were gans, and this is one of the best I know at all!Clar, if the bude is full, the services are also rustic. all in all, however, one can speak of family atmosphere.The quality of the food and drinks is excellent; at very fair prices.A reservation is always recommended!
