Had breakfast here while staying at the hotel in 2015 and 2016. On both occasions food was tip top. The waiting staff are extremely friendly and not at all stuffy as you will find in some hotels. The lunch and wine service at the O Terrasse is exemplary.

Nice location to have breakfast and take in the view across the lake. Very attentive staff, and an extensive breakfast buffet selection. We ate here every morning while staying at the hotel and enjoyed it every day. The selection was broad and varied to account for envy taste.

Ideal place to have a romantic dinner or a family gathering, ghe place offers all you wish from wonderful "filets de perche" to "foie de canard poêlé", divine lamb and superb deserts. Wine list offers a 2000 Prieuré Lichine at around 140.- a bottle , which was perfect.Excellent service, they accomodates two of us whilst the place was full Voir le carte

Yes it is pricey- but the fact that the buffet is seasonal makes for a varied but also regular customer base.You can come here all year long and be sure you will enjoy what is 'in season'.Today it was a half dozen oysters with seasonal salads....but between the 'classics' of a buffet (eggs, bacon,sausages, stir fried noodles), the wonderful cooked meats and their sauces as well as the sushi, jamon Iberico, the pastries, fresh fruits, breads, cheese assortments, fresh fruit juices not to mention cold salads, smoked and unsmoked salmon filet, outstanding mozzarella and tomato...and the complimentary glass of champagne...there really was something for everyone.All of this topped off with focuse...

I have tried the Beau Rivage's various eating establishments (Cafe / Terrasse / Banquet Hall / Restaurant / Japanese) on various occasions - for dinner, a banquet, brunch and coffee.While the building and the view never fail to wow, the food ranges from average (like an ordinary eatery) to very poor indeed. The service is always far below par - ranging from outright confused to snobbish to just plain indifferent. On one occasion, we were served our food, which was then taken away and re-served totally cold - with each person's plate having sat in front of someone else (and possibly touched) for 5 - 10 mins !An a la carte meal here can easily cost 150 F per head and usually much more.This hot...
