We were here on a...Tuesday early afternoon and this bar was fairly empty,a very pleasant member of staff who took our order of a couple of coffees and after a short wait our coffees arrived steaming hot and we just chilled out and planned out the rest of the day ahead while enjoying our coffees. The coffees were outstandingly good,you can tell they use quality ingredients and take great pride in the coffee they serve here. We really enjoyed our coffees in here before we moved on and for a first time visit we were very impressed with this great bar. Restaurant La'Fe is easy to locate by jumping tram number or to stop Köln West and walk down Venloerstraße then cut onto Antwerpener Straße were you will find this Cuban bar. Opening hours are; Monday to till Sunday till A great bar and well worth checking out."

The venue is located near the Friesen Platz. The restaurant and bar has a large inside dining area. The decoration was done with a lot of enthusiasm and it looks real Cuban. I had a drink only, a Whisky Sour which was OK. The service...was OK.

My office is just around the corner, but I never went to La Fe. They offer a variety of Spanish, and Italian food, including so called Rollos, a filled dough roll with cheese, some pizzas, and pastas. Very pleasantly, the bartender was very calm, and...nice. He brought some olives, bread, and garlic/herbs butter up front. As a side to the Rollo, there was a freshly made salad on the dish.

We found this place on groupon and had a LOVELY evening! Cute ambience in a fun area of Cologne. We were immediately greeted with big smiles and a bread plate with the most delicious dill butter! The meal exceeded our expectations. With the Groupon we...had a fixed meal with a spinach and cheese starter, a grilled meat entree, and a hot banana and ice cream dessert. All very delicious! Plus the prices were better than expected. The mojitos were very good but a little pricey. If we come back to Cologne I will definitely come back to this restaurant!
