I got severely sick that evening after eating your food. So disappointed and put a damper on my vacation. I would never recommend this place.

Outstanding Sea and Air tasting menu and excellent service as well. Beautiful terrace setting overlooking the sea is only slightly marred by the occasional passing train below..

Booked a table for two on their website. Reservation was confirmed per email. Few days later again per email they have cancelled it whithout any comment? This is not the way how a Michelin starred restaurant should work! Obviousely you do not deserve the star! Service: 1

So this was disappointing in several ways. Mostly because of the lack of creativity that one could expect for this price. We had the chefs tasting menu which mostly consisted of the dishes that you could find in the a la carte menu. The food was at the most ok but did not have an innovative touch nor a creative elegance. I was surprised that it has a star. Voir le carte

It 's been a significant lunch for me. I got engaged, and their surprised my fiance enough for her to say: I can 't imagine more romantic scenery she is Sicilian, so it 's a home for her and not a first Michelin-star restaurant either. It is a unique place! The food is excellent, the service is amicable, and they are very professional. I can only recommend this place to everyone who would like a supreme food experience of Sicily.

Una stella Michelin, un ristorante semplice e ricercato, elegante e raffinato, riflette il pensiero di cucina dello Chef D’Agostino che reinterpreta la tradizione siciliana con materie prime eccellenti. Piatti come quadri d’autore che emozionano e accompagnano lungo un percorso degustativo in cui i sapori sono esaltati dalla maestria dello Chef. Ortaggi, pesci, carni sono valorizzati da tecniche di cottura perfette e profumati da una selezione di olii extravergine del territorio da gustare anche con le diverse tipologie di pane preparate da D’Agostino. Molto ricca la carta dei vini.

Haphazard service. Four different waiters, 30mins to take order, offered the olive oil half way through first course after the bread was finished. All of that I could accept as early season teething. Then my glass of wine was spilled all over me by the waitress. Not only did no one come to bring a napkin, wipe the table etc, the wine was not refilled and I was still charged. The food is also distinctly average, pasta arrived like warm and had a strange addition of breadcrumbs which does not work at all well in the dish. I expect next Michelin guide this place loses its star as all aspects were nowhere near the required standard. Super disappointing and would not recommend. Voir le carte
