"We just loved it there. – The impeccable tablecloths, quiet and elegant classic interior, spectacular views of the pier – especially that we were happy enough to get a window seat. For the starter I had scallops with celery and curry sauce. – The court was just delicious. The scallops were cooked for perfection: juicy, delicate and full of their delicate taste, and the celery pure – tender and velvety, without artificial aromas. My head was the Hecht-Perch. – First of all, to see it served with potatoes pancakes and must sauce was a bit out of the ordinary, although once I tried the dish right! The fish was tender and juicy, with crispy skin on and the pancakes (of which I am not a fan) soft on the inside and crispy outside, proved a beautiful counterpart to the beautiful fish. The sauce brought up the delicate notes of the fish and the Chanterelle, which were cooked for perfection and melted on the palate. Verily, the choice of wine by the glass may seem limited, but the dishes I chose went very well with the delicious riesling on offer."

Das Restaurant ist ein guter Kontrapunkt zu den Burger-, Steak- und Braugasthäusern in der näheren Umgebung. Gepflegte Atmosphäre, hell und freundlich. Umsichtiges Personal. Die Seeteufelmedaillons mit Tonkabohnensosse haben uns gut geschmeckt. Wer einen Tisch am Fenster hat kann den Blick auf die Ostsee geniessen.

on a beautiful sunny day we decided to have a late lunch and chose the terrace of the spa restaurant. great location, perfect view, friendly staff, but what a deception regarding food spaghettis softens in oil, ceasar salad does not write at home.. a real shame, not able to offer a decent meal in such a beautiful location.

on a lovely, sunny day we decided to have a late light lunch and have chosen the terrasse of the kurhausrestaurant. great location, perfect view, friendly staff, but what a deception in terms of food - spaghettis soaked in oil, ceasar salad nothing to write home about..a real shame not to be able to offer a decent meal in such a nice location.

Wir haben hier sehr gut gegessen bei gutem Service. Leider ist die Atmosphäre - auch wenn der Blick sehr schön ist - etwas altbacken und eher klassisch. Dem Restaurant würde es trotzdem sehr gut tun, wenn das Servicepersonal nicht mehr so steif wäre sondern offener und lockerer. Ein richtiges Gespräch oder eine Beziehung kann man nicht herstellen. Das Essen ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert und sehr gut!

Kurhaus Binz is a very nice hotel. With room, elegance and tranquility, the restaurant should be the same. And it is, to a great degree. A bit stiff in his appearance, but with fine staff and service and a whole ambition in the kitchen. We concentrated on fish and that was a good choice. Wine pairing from a wide selection. Instead of expensive, but a great choice if you want to stay in the same atmosphere as the hotel.

Tischreservierung ist vorher unbedingt nötig.Habe mir aus der Menuekarte a la Carte,der Hauptgang wird für 16 € angeboten , mich für Kabeljau Joins im Speckmantel, Limettensauce, Kartoffelpüree & statt Gemüse gemischten Salatteller ,entschieden.Serviert wurde nach einem Gruß aus der Küche 2 Tranchen perfekt auf den Punkt zubereitete Filet die in Verbindung mit der Sauce ein wahrer Genuss waren.Der Service war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.Eine gute Empfehlung!!!
