"intimate place with soft lights and the right music as background. chef jeff tyler recommends you start entering kowa mood classic steam sandwiches and then switch to super recommended tacos with wagyu meat. you pass from simple sashimi to gunkan with quail eggs and truffles and then end with black cod or with pork ribs. what to say the service was impeccable, a perfect atmosphere and a high level clientele; not for this the prices are very high. 2 taco of wagyu meat 24€, the small mix of sweets 40€ while the main dishes from 25€ to 50€ each."

Locale curato, elegante e confortevole, designer minimalista e con gusto. Personale competente e affabile, la cura verso il cliente sicuramente è una delle loro priorità. I piatti proposti non hanno deluso le aspettative di gusto e qualità, ma le quantità, a mio parere, sono MOLTO ridotte!!!...

Prenotazione andata a buon fine nei tempi e orari richiesti. Menù abbastanza chiaro se non fosse per qualche asterisco/numero senza un chiaro rimando a letture precise. Carta Vini nella media. Servizio accoglienza e al tavolo: perfetti! Pesce ottimo. Prezzi in linea con ciò che viene offerto che è di alta qualità . Consigliato

The service is quite poor (when we sat we chose 3 dishes and while ordering the waitress told us that they weren’t available). The dishes are not what they seem (eg. pecking duck is an unconventional roast with no wraps) and the Barman has no idea what he’s talking about when it comes to whiskies. Kowa è una garanzia lo posso dire assolutamente! Location fantastica davvero molto bella e curata nei minimi dettagli, molto suggestivo è il giardino nel quale potrete gustare le loro prelibatezze. Gentilezza e disponibilità del personale vi daranno modo di godere appieno del vostro momento che sia una cena romantica o aziendale! Ve lo consiglio è da provare e vedrete che ne rimarrete felicemente sorpresi e soddisfatti!

Eravamo a cena in due, io e la mia ragazza. Ordino i piatti che desideriamo assaggiare e alcuni comprendono una carne giapponese dal nome di difficile pronuncia, quando lo ordino il maitre di sala con atteggiamento stizzito e da superiore mi corregge la pronuncia mettendomi a disagio. Quando gli chiedo la differenza tra due tipi di carne (una giapponese e una australiana) lui sbuffa e fornisce una risposta assolutamente non esaustiva ed adeguata.

"Visited months ago The label of a vegetarian restaurant absolutely does not correspond to what Joia represents in the Italian gastronomic panorama. We are talking about the maximum expression of haute cuisine, overwhelming ideas, bold and unexpected combinations, exceptional raw materials, all served in an exclusive environment suitable for providing customers with a fantastic experience. Chef Leemann showed up in person to take the order and give his suggestions on the sequence of dishes. The service staff has always proven to be very prepared to answer all our questions or curiosities about the dish itself and this knowledge was not only the heritage of the waiter who brought the dish to our table and described it to us, but of all the staff who, even randomly, we stopped to ask for further explanation! The wine list was excellent from which we chose a Barbera d 'Alba by Bartolo Mascarello. But let 's get to the food. As entrees... and calling them entrees is definitely limiting! We were offered 2 wonderful tastings which unfortunately I cannot remember in their composition, but the first was a cream with carrot and rhubarb served in a mini terracotta vase, while the second appeared like a palette of colors where some fantastic raw materials sauces could be combined manually. My lunch then began with the Cantiam la montanara where, under a soft celery foam, there was a composition of green asparagus, spring onion and truffle on chopped borlotti beans. Fantastic dish, sublime with exceptional aromas!. I then continued with The navel of the world , a wonderfully plated dish where two types of rice are used, one as a base made with asparagus and watercress, and in the center a Venere rice cake finished on top with saffron almond cream . Finally I closed the lunch with a selection of 8 cheeses, some of which were truly exceptional, accompanied by jams/honey. Obviously the bill is in line with the proposal and with the experience. I must say that it was truly a pleasure and an honor."
